The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with a wooden table and fixed sofas. A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic bedroom with a four-poster double bed and a private balcony.
From the first floor there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor which consists of two single beds, a hydro-massage Jacuzzi, and the living area containing two sofa beds. The outside area measures approx 80m² and is accessible from the ground floor. It leads to the private pool and sun lounging area with sunbeds and wooden pergola for relaxing moments in the sun.
Agios Nikolaos beach is located 32km northwest of Zakynthos Town and took its name from the little chapel that stands on the left side of the beach. It is one of the most buzz and fun-loving beaches that offers a wide selection of water sports activities and includes excellent tourist facilities. It receives mostly young crowds and families. Sunbeds and umbrellas occupy the biggest part of the beach while on the right side you will find some more quiet spots to relax.
Zakynthos, or Zante, is among the most beautiful and popular islands of the Ionian Sea.
