The rocky terrain that penetrated Villa Aria Zante like a work of art has been highlighted in the most resourceful way and tied to the contemporary construction materials in harmony. At the same time we took great care to offer the visitor all means necessary to satisfy the individual modern needs for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The main villa is spread across two levels. On the ground level, you will find a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and WC. A wooden staircase leads you to the upper level which includes 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the endless blue of the Ionian Sea. The scenic guesthouse right next to the main villa consists of a bedroom and a WC. A beautiful swimming pool has also been added in order for guests to enjoy relaxing moments and general well-being.
Agios Nikolaos beach is located 32km northwest of Zakynthos Town and took its name from the little chapel that stands on the left side of the beach. It is one of the most buzz and fun-loving beaches that offers a wide selection of water sports activities and includes excellent tourist facilities. It receives mostly young crowds and families. Sunbeds and umbrellas occupy the biggest part of the beach while on the right side you will find some more quiet spots to relax.
Zakynthos, or Zante, is among the most beautiful and popular islands of the Ionian Sea. Located south of Kefalonia, Zakynthos has the most intense nightlife of all Ionian Islands, which makes it a popular destination with younger crowds.
