It is a three storey building measuring 115m². It can accommodate 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open plan living/dining area with an open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is an impressive bathroom containing a hydro-massage Jacuzzi. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with a wooden table and fixed sofas.
A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic bedroom with a four-poster double bed, veranda and its own private bathroom with shower. From the first floor, there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor which consists of two bedrooms, each with twin beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator. The outside area measures approx 70m² and is accessible from the ground floor. It leads to the private pool and sun lounging area with sunbeds and a wooden pergola for relaxing moments in the sun.
Agios Nikolaos beach is located 32km northwest of Zakynthos Town and took its name from the little chapel that stands on the left side of the beach. It is one of the most buzz and fun-loving beaches that offers a wide selection of water sports activities and includes excellent tourist facilities. It receives mostly young crowds and families. Sunbeds and umbrellas occupy the biggest part of the beach while on the right side you will find some more quiet spots to relax.
Zakynthos, or Zante, is among the most beautiful and popular islands of the Ionian Sea. Located south of Kefalonia, Zakynthos has the most intense nightlife of all Ionian Islands, which makes it a popular destination with younger crowds. Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft schön am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein kleiner Hafen mit Minimarket sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer gute Tipps parat haben.
Set on the hill overlooking the bay, great pool area and stylish well equipped villa Hosts Spiros and Sofia were exceptional always popping by and even making us a cake. The maid cleaned every day.
Schöne Häuser in guter Lage zum Hafen, zur Fuß ist man dort in 10 Minuten. Die Häuser verfügen über einen Pool, wir hatten in der ‚Villa Sofia‘ drei Schlafzimmer, davon 2 im UG und 1 im OG. Ebenso gibt es drei Bäder, wovon das Bad im 1.OG sehr klein ist. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber die uns mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen und einem Abschiedsgeschenk überrascht haben. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, alle zwei Tage die Villa, beides sehr gründlich. Nach Zakynthos fährt man mit dem Mietwagen ca. 40-45 Minuten. Im Ort gibt es am Hafen einige sehr nette Tavernen, für 4 Personen kommt man überall mit 60,- Euro sehr gut aus. Es lohnt sich, vor Ort ein Motorboot zu mieten (2 Stunden für 70,- Euro) und selbst einen Bootstrip zu unternehmen. Auch organisierte Touren werden günstig angeboten. Supermarkt im Ort sehr teuer, lieber in den großen Märkten in der Nähe des Flughafens den ‚Grundeinkauf‘ tätigen.
We loved how friendly the villa hosts were - greeting us at the villa when we arrived and baking cakes for us during our stay. The views from each balcony were exceptional and the villa itself was very private. The decor was gorgeous and everything was exceptionally clean. The pool overlooked the sea and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
非常值得推荐且高性价比，这幢别墅建在面朝大海春暖花开的半山坡上，别墅设施一应俱全，每个房间都能看到海，每一层都有阳台，每天都有人打扫清洁，我们在这里住了三天，都不想离开，民宿主人非常友好，送给我们自已酿的红酒、蜂蜜、桃子果酱、橄榄油，走的时候还送给我们一个纪念品小花瓶,如果以后想要找一个地方安静度假我们会再回来在这里住上更长时间，非常难忘的体验。
