The villa measures about 100 sq. m and offers 2 bedrooms accommodating comfortably up to 4+2 guests. The main entrance of the villa leads through a small hallway to the spacious open plan living room with a corner sofa and adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Right before entering the living room, there is a bathroom on the right, with a shower as well as a washing machine. This bathroom is also accessible from outside: the veranda and the swimming pool.
The two bedrooms are found at the left part of the villa and both offer private bathrooms with a shower. One bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the other offers two single beds, while both feature air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and private balconies. Two more single fold-up beds can be added to each room. There are also ample spaces outside whereas the furnished veranda is an excellent place to enjoy your breakfast or coffee, while gazing at the surrounding fields and private swimming pool.
Alykes is a tourist town on the island's western coast, 18 kilometers from the metropolis of Zakynthos. It is notable for the presence of salterns, which feed salt to the entire island in the past and from which the town takes its name (Alykes in Greek literally means saltern), and it was designed as a tourist town with hotels, rooms for rent, restaurants, taverns, and every infrastructure and tourist service.
