The house consists of 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms: 1 spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth bathroom. An internal staircase leads to a big basement of 140 m2 with a small gym a cozy sitting room and table tennis. All bedrooms have uninterrupted views through extensive verandas and lead to the infinity pool. On the ground floor, the open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen area opens to all outdoor lounge and pool areas.
At the exterior, there is a large dining area (sitting 8 prs.) as well as ample lounge and sitting areas by the built-in BBQ. The infinity pool is 45 m2, and is surrounded by a wooden sun deck. Outdoor areas are handsomely shaded by pergolas. There are 4 parking spaces as well. The overall feeling of this superb “designer” villa is one of distinguished aesthetics, refined taste, and consideration for the local architecture.
An elegant stone villa whose 90 m2 can host up to 6 guests. This lovely villa spreads out on 2 levels, covering a total of 90 m2, within a plot of land of 2000 m2, at the western part of Lefkada in Agia Marina. Set in magnificent natural surroundings a comfortable distance (700 m away from the beach) and 1000 meters from the town of Lefkas, villa Aggelos is ideal for medium-sized families and smaller groups of friends who wish to preserve a more intimate, peaceful, and independent atmosphere.

Agios Ioannis is the closest beach to Lefkada Town just 2km away. The long beach stretches for many meters and includes golden sand and emerald waters. Its exotic landscape is a pole of attraction for thousands of visitors.
Agios Ioannis is well-organized and with great touristic infrastructure and facilities. It hosts some old windmills that create a charming atmosphere. The beach here is usually windy thus ideal for windsurfing lovers.
At the beach of Agios Ioannis, you will also find water sports centers and cafes. At the left side of the beach, you will find the whitewashed Church of Agios Ioannis Antzousis with some interesting icons.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color. Beaches, like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma and Egremni, are among the most photographed places in Greece. It is called by many the Caribbean of Greece for obvious reasons. Connected to the mainland through a bridge, Lefkada has the advantage that it can be accessed by car. This island will cover all tastes; it is the perfect place for families, romantic couples but also large groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy themselves.
