Arranged over three floors with 7 luxury bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (Villa Thea I) and 6 luxury bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (Villa Thea II)can accommodate up to 12-14 guests each of the two villas. The grounds are luxury heaven with private swimming pools, shaded outdoor sitting and dining areas, BBQs, and private parking.
Villa Thea II at Thea Resort Lefkada consists of three levels. The ground level features a spacious sitting room with a fireplace, a living room for relaxation, a dining room, and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Access to the surrounding area is possible from every side of the building. On the same level, there is a master bedroom and a bathroom – WC.
On the first level, there are three comfortable bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom – WC, as well as a balcony with a view of the Ionian.
On the lowest level, there are two areas, a master bedroom with a king bed and extra a spacious bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a sitting space, it can accommodate up to 3 persons. There are two separate private bathrooms – WC and laundry and tumble dryer room for the needs of the guests. In the outside area, there are two sitting spaces for all day. There is a covered area of 75 m2 full of professional gym machines for fit and fun.
The swimming pool and its surrounding area with the sunbeds relax you while the soft breeze that blows invigorates you. Gazing at the Ionian Sea with the many sailing boats and listening to the birds’ songs is an amazing experience! At the stone barbeque, you are going to enjoy unique gourmet dishes of local meats and fresh fish of the Ionian which abound in the fish taverns of the island.
Lygia is a lovely coastal village located 6 km southwest of the town of Lefkada. In front of this picturesque village, the main road leads to Nydri, the busiest tourist destination on the island. Lygia is a family destination and popular with fishing lovers. The colorful gardens of the houses, create a beautiful frame. The main beach boasts calm crystalline waters and soft sand. The picturesque fishing port hosts many boats and there is a wide selection of taverns close by that serve the best seafood dishes. The village is mostly preferred for a short stay or a daily excursion from the center of the island.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color.
