Tsoukalades is a mountainous village located 6 km west of the capital town. It is situated between Lefkada Town and Agios Nikitas. The area is a fine example of traditional architecture with lovely stone-built houses and tiled roofs with special details such as yellowish roof tiles. In recent years there has been a development of touristic facilities and establishment of new villas and holiday homes. The area around the village is surrounded by a dense pine forest that goes all the way down to the sea. There is a path that passes through the forest and leads to the popular Pefkoulia beach. Tsoukalades is also famous for its mesmerizing sunsets.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color. Beaches, like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma and Egremni, are among the most photographed places in Greece. It is called by many the Caribbean of Greece for obvious reasons. Connected to the mainland through a bridge, Lefkada has the advantage that it can be accessed by car. This island will cover all tastes; it is the perfect place for families, romantic couples but also large groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy themselves.

Everything during our stay was amazing. Our private villa exceeded our expectations, very cosy and well designed rooms, amazing lounge outside with sunset view, everything is made with care and very good taste. Outside bed was smth special by starry nights.

Two glorious weeks in Villa Levanda. As expected everything went absolutely perfect.
The villas are of the utmost quality with every amenity imaginable. They are maintained to perfection.
Once again, the customized breakfast was delivered on time every morning by the gracious and friendly staff.
Our weather was perfect and couple with the great views, once again a very enjoyable vacation.

This was our first time in Lefkada but definitely will return and stay with Art Blue Villas. We arrived late to find Kostas waiting for us patiently and in the morning Dina arrived with Natasha with a wonderful (pre-ordered) breakfast. The housekeeping ladies came early morning to sweep around the pool and again later to make the beds, clear away the dishes and leave the villa looking spotless.
Dina's attention to detail is a credit to her as nothing was too much trouble! Her local knowledge of eateries, beaches, distances, shopping was invaluable.
Villa Camelia is so quiet with incredible views and even more inspiring sunsets.
We made new long lasting friendships with Dina and her crew and would recommend Art Blue Villas to all our friends

Der Tag begann mit einem sehr gutem Frühstück welches zur Wunschzeit auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert wurde. Alles ist frisch zubereitet und wir erhielten immer eine Ueberraschung mit griechischem Gebäck, einfach toll!
Dina und ihr Team sind wunderbar, freundlich, hilfsbereit,aufmerksam und diskret.
Die Villa wird top sauber gehalten mit täglicher Reinigung.
Jeden Tag freuten wir uns nach einem Ausflug auf der Insel zurück ins Haus zu kommen wo wir dann Abends den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genossen.
Kostas ist Architekt und hat seine verschieden großen Villen entsprechend mit einem hohen Anspruch an die Lage mit Westausrichtung und freiem Blick auf das Meer ,aufwendigen Details , hoher Qualität und durchdachter Aufteilung gebaut. Die Villen , Pools und Gärten sind sehr gepflegt und man hat den Eindruck in einer Privatvilla zu sein.
Seine Frau Dina sorgt mit ihrem Team dafür das die Villen top gepflegt und täglich gereinigt werden.Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich inklusive Grill. Morgens gekommt man sein Wunschfrühstüch frisch zubereitet in die Villa gebracht.

We stayed one night in Villa Camélia. It was a gorgeous stay. Beautiful view on the valley, w enjoyed the sunset very much. The villa was in a perfect state and well conceived.
Super breakfast delivered with home made bread and pastries.
It was a transit stop in our trip and a very nice surprise.
I stayed with my family in the villa IASMOS for a week. Enjoyed the highest level of hospitality. The villa is beautifully decorated in a modern style and fully equipped. The view from the infinity pool is perfect (don't miss the spectacular sunsets!).
Dina is the perfect and endearing host with recommendations on beaches, restaurants and entertainment on the island. We also enjoyed the breakfast which is generous and delicious with hand made food. In short, a perfect place for a family stay in Lefkada. We will certainly return there again
These private and secluded villas with pools have 5 star services, including daily maid, and pool attendance and a fabulous breakfast delivered when you choose. This is unique. We stayed 3 nights on business, but when we returned to the villa it was very special. The villas are modern, some with traditional features, but decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. Every comfort and detail is thought about: beautiful linen, dressing gowns, slippers, good WiFi, tea, coffee, wine and home made cake on arrival.
The sun sets over the infinity pool, the village has everything you need and the main town of Lefkada is 10 minutes drive. The beautiful beaches are a short drive away, but really, why would you want to leave such a haven?
Well done Dina and Kostas. You should be proud of what you have built up and worked so hard to achieve. I would recommend a stay as long as possible in one of ArtBlue Villas.

This was our third visit to Artblue villas, this year we bought our friends along too, if you are looking for stunning views, beautiful sunsets, privacy, immaculate contemporary Villas, and a five star service then look no further, Dina and her team will make your stay unforgettable, nothing is too much trouble, the Villas are perched among olive groves above Touscaladis, a small community a short drive ( 10 min) from the town of Levkada, where you will find great places to eat, Dina will be happy to advise you.
The Villas are approx only 45 min drive from Prevaza airport, we hired a car from company called Aris, or the taxi guy we used was Nikos Kastenos, a quality car, nicely driven. Again Dina can provide contact details.
We will definitely be returning again.

This was our second stay at Art Blue Villas.
How do you top the first stay of 12 days in 2017, stay for a month in 2018!
As expected, everything was absolutely perfect in every way!
We were fortunate to be able to experience two different villas on the this trip due to varying numbers in our party over the month that we stayed.
Our first and last week was in the newly renovated Villa Melia. With a group of 4, every amenity required was available.
The villa is newly renovated in a very modern / functional and tasteful decor. A beautiful large elevated deck was the perfect place to start your day with fabulous Greek coffee and a beautiful custom made breakfast delivered at the time of your choosing.
The extra large swimming pool unique to this villas is a perfect place to spend relaxing afternoons enjoying the sunshine and spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and it's amazing sunsets!
As our group expanded as Friends arrived we moved to Villa Levanda which accommodated 6 adults in luxurious comfort.
The well outfitted kitchen allowed for "in house" meals to be cooked and a gas bbq was provided as well.
Once again, even with such a large group, breakfast was delivered on time, with all items prepared exactly as requested.
Each bedroom was provided with it's own en-suite bath which allowed for privacy among all the couples.
The beds are new and very comfortable.
The pool deck is huge with ample seating around the pool deck for those wanting to experience the glorious sunshine as well as comfortable shaded areas to grab a quick nap!
The retractable awning is a very useful feature to provide an extra bit of shaded area when required.
Once again, we were never let down with any of the recommendations provided by both Dina and Kostas when restaurants were required. I believe that we were able to provide a few of our own to add to their extensive inventory of great places to eat!
The cooking / cleaning and maintenance staff were efficient, friendly, and very helpful.
Thanks to Natasha, Kataryna, Angela, Yanis and Vassilias for your efforts in ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and stress free.
All the people and the accommodations at Art Blue Villas exceeded the expectations of not only us (repeat customers) but all our guests who joined us at different times over our month long stay.
