Corfu Dream Villa Aliki itself is excellently equipped and furnished with the living areas, kitchen, and WC on the lower level leading directly out to the pool and garden via a small covered terrace. The fifth bedroom is situated in a separate studio accessed from a side terrace just off the living area and is ideal for giving a couple a bit of extra privacy or perhaps for grandparents? This offers a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a small kitchenette with a fridge, handy for cool drinks.
The entrance is from the first floor. from the parking area. On this level, we find a small office area with sofa bed and TV offering home cinema, two bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and the other an en suite shower room and balconies overlooking the sea directly below. The second floor consists of the further two bedrooms( double and twin) each with en-suite bathrooms and their own sea-facing balconies. All areas of the villa offer great air conditioning which is included at no extra cost.
Private gardens, a generous-sized pool, shaded sea-facing outdoor dining area, and barbecue complete the outside facilities. Villa Aliki offers an unrivaled position in Kassiopi (along with Athina and Aphrodite within walking distance of all that the resort can offer as well as several small beaches. The larger beaches of Avlaki or sandy bays of the north coast are just a short car ride (or boat ride) away.
Kassiopi is a village located 38km north of Corfu Town, opposite the Albanian coasts. This small picturesque fishing village includes a Roman fortress where it is believed that Emperor Nero once passed by. Today, Kassiopi has a cosmopolitan character offering all amenities to its visitors. Kassiopi is surrounded by numerous bays. To the west, the beaches are very small and windy. The central part contains nicer pebbly beaches with water sports facilities and an abandoned castle worth visiting. Beyond Kassiopi, there is a small fishing port with a vivid picturesque character.
