The villa has a 1000 sq. outdoor space with a large tile paved veranda and an even larger pool deck with a private, eco-friendly swimming pool, 9m long and 1.40m deep. The spectacular views and the breathtaking sunsets are magical each day and evening. The wooden table of the veranda invites you to enjoy your Cretan meals, while the lounge furniture is ideal for a night drink by the pool. At the stone-built BBQ facilities with an extra sink and fridge, you can experience homemade meals. In addition, there are spaces covered with grass, ornamental trees, rose bushes, geraniums, and aromatic plants, whilst the stone-paved path leading to the entrance of the villa is the perfect place to park your car with safety.
The villa is stylishly furnished, with an open-plan living room and a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 persons. The spacious sitting area has one triple and one double sofa, an armchair, a dining table for 6 persons, a fireplace, and two double windows opening onto the veranda and the swimming pool. A long corridor connects the living room with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa has three bedrooms, one double and two twins, with great views to the garden and pool, and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin.
Giannoudi is a village located approximately 7km southeast of Rethymno city. The traditional settlement is built in an altitude of 110m and today it hosts approximately 100 permanent residents. One of the main and most emblematic sites of Giannoudi is found at the entrance of the village and is an imposing three-story tower that has been declared as a classified monument of the area. This tower probably used to be a fortified residence for some Venetian rulers of the era. The village has a picturesque and quiet character, ideal for a relaxing holiday in a secluded paradise.
