The 300 sq. m holiday estate manages to blend into the surroundings despite its minimalist design. It can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.
Entering Wine Villa Chania on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 50” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with a dining table which leads you to the pool area. Additionally, next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. As going through a corridor on the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, closet room, 32” HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The rest of the 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds respectively. Additionally, there is one more bathroom with a bath and shower and one toilet in the same area.
A staircase on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor, there is a gym and playroom area which is connected to the backyard of the villa where a barbecue area, an outdoor dining area under the pergola, a playground for young children, and a basketball net are located. Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, abs equipment, exercise balls, and a bench press. The playroom area has a 50” HDTV, Playstation 3 with games and table tennis.
The separate studio is accessible either from the gym/playroom area in the main house or from its own entrance outside and it can be a fully independent space that can offer more privacy among guests. Entering the studio, there is an open plan area consisting of a living room area with a sofa, 32” HDTV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include: 55 sq. m private heated pool with a shallow part for children. Fully equipped charcoal barbecue with wood oven, gas barbecue. Two outdoor dining tables. A variety of furnished spots (with sunbeds, umbrellas, and chairs) for relaxing on the veranda and the gardens around the villa. Playground area for young children. Basketball net. Parking space for 4 cars. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
