Everything is big enough - the pool, the living room and especially the outdoor kitchen - we loved it and spent most of the time there.
The villa is clean and everything what you need is provided - enough dishes, glasses, space in fridges, beach towels - even an ice machine.
A Car is recommended.

Our entire stay there was a real pleasure and despite the fact that we came with business, we somehow felt like in holiday and the property and host had a large contribution to this. What I appreciate at most was the fact that they answered very fast to all request or questions. Definitely a place to come back also for holiday (there is a small beach just 10-20 min away walking from location, with a great taverna). Enjoyed every minute staying there

We were 11 people from 4 to 72 year old in the house into 4 big independent rooms ensuring privacy. Continuous peaceful air conditioning was very helpful into the whole house. The owner, was available 24/24 to provide assistance and advice if needed. All people enjoyed the big swiming pool. Excursions to beaches and other monuments were amazing instead of hot weather. Restaurants with superb cooking are available everywhere as well as small shops to buy whatever you need. excellent stay.
Immaculately cleaned property with great hosts that did their best to may us feel perfect from the start. You can try the local taxi or even better rent your car so as to go wherever you want to. Chania which is a beautiful town, as a group of 10 we really enjoyed it. Would strongly recommend this place for a family group.

Super place with lots of space and the pool and outside kitchen were ideal in the hot weather we had.
I would say if you want to visit more of Crete than just the local area then a hire car would be most likely the best option as it is white rural for a few miles before any shops etc.

The property is perfectly located close to the beach, walkable, and to some tavernas - with some even delivering to the villa if you don't want to go out in the heat. Owners were excellent at communicating and providing tips, taxis etc. The villa is well equipped and has a very well thought out outdoor and pool spa.
Everything was great! The location was wonderful, super clean, it was everything we needed, and the host was responsive and helped us every time with everything we needed. You can find absolutely everything in the villa, you only need to bring fun!
