During your arrival, as you will walk through the Villa's first level, you will meet the living room. On your left-hand side, you will find the dining area and the fully furnished kitchen. As you walk in, you will come across a unique, relaxing area with sofas and lounge chairs to relax after a long day at the beach. At the end of the relaxing area, there is a double-bed bedroom with its own private bathroom. The kitchen includes pantry items, utensils, glasses, plates, oven, refrigerator-freezer.
On the upper level of Villa, you can find a spacious master bedroom, its private bathroom, Air-Condition, and a fully-private balcony. Apart from the master bedroom, there are three more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, two are doubles and one has two singles. All equipped with Air-Condition, Closets, Smart TVs.
Outside you will find a beautiful pool with a garden, parasols, sunbeds, bbq, and dining area. There is also a free, private, and safe parking area right outside the villa.
The nearest beautiful and clean beaches are located ~5 minutes from this Cosy Villa (Tersanas beach, Kalathas beach, Stavros beach)! The Villa can be your starting point for visiting the most beautiful attractions of Western Crete such as Falassarna, Seitan Limania, Elafonisi, and Ballo's beaches as well as the world-known Samaria Gorge. The villa is located 12 km from Chania City and 4 km from Chania International Airport. A few minutes drive (2 minutes) from the house you will find lounge restaurants with delicious local food, supermarkets, banks, bakery shop, patisserie, pharmacy shop, gas station, etc which stay open until late.

Chorafakia is a small village in the center of the Akrotiri Peninsula and 13km from the city of Chania, close to the Airport and Souda Bay Port.
