The luxury facilities of the villa accommodate up to 10 guests and consist of two levels, with separated entrances, in which you will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living-rooms, fireplace, dining rooms, a gym, a home cinema, and (in 2018) an outdoor pool made of 100% eco-friendly material. The first floor of the villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, and a spacious open area with minimal, elegant decoration, which includes the dining room, the kitchen, and the living room with a TV and the fireplace.

From the porch of Koukounari Villa Chania, you will gaze at the breathtaking panoramic view of the sunset stretching among Chania city. Refresh yourself with a dip in our pool or relax under the shadow of the wooden gazebo in the cool environment of the forest. The wide green yard at the entrance of the villa offers space for your activity (such as ping-pong). In the backyard of the villa, you will find the BBQ and the wood oven, which can be used to create your own delicious meals. In our facilities, you will also find a parking lot for two cars.
Akrotiri located 10 km north-east of Chania city close to the Chania airport. Akrotiri is famous for its long history and heritage. Everything worked perfectly. Was met by very friendly host who introduced us to things. We were even allowed to stay long in the house, as we had to fly home first at 24.00 During the week we had a visit from the gardener and pool man and cleaning staff. We would recommend the house to friends and acquaintances, both young and old.
The villa is out of town and we didn't manage to work out the bus so a car makes things a lot easier. It is possible to walk to a few local shops, Aldi is 15 mins walk and there are a couple of restaurants that you can walk to. The area is quite nice with woodland surrounding. There are nice views from the villa, it feels spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of provisions in the kitchen, olive oil, fruit etc. Very clean, lots of towels, games, cinema room, bbq fuel. The beaches on the peninsular where the airport is are very nice, lovely restaurants and very close (20 min) from the villa. Highly recommended.
Everything was excellent. House is perfect for up to 9 people to go with friends or family. Very clean and full equiped. Manthos was the greatest host. Thanks a lot!
Great place for lots of people, very comfy beds, lovely and quiet ( no outside noise after 11.00pm, so continued card games inside!!) Plenty of bathroom products available so hand luggage only was more than enough.
The villa is absolutely perfect! The pool is a good size, my friends and I played volleyball in it for hours. The house has amazing views at sunset and lots of space where you can eat outdoors and lounge around. There is also a very well stocked kitchen, lots of board games, sports equipment like badminton and table tennis (we played beer pong) and the bedrooms were all of good size. There is nothing I can fault about this villa!
