I found this house by accident and honestly it has stolen our heart (my whole family) from the first sight. Not only the house. that easily accommodates 2 families, a big swimming pool and perfect barbecue area but the VIEW! You wake up in the morning, you go to the balcony and you forget about everything. It's AMAZING! Furthemore you do 100 m and you are on the beach, no car needed, no long walking distance to the beach, it's there under your feet. The beach is very secluded, during the week few people are there, only on the weekend you will meet more positive Greek people. At the beach you will eat delicious food in a traditional Greek restaurant. 10 km to the airport in no hurry, close to Chania.
Great beaches in surrounding area and gorgeous view of sunrise over Loutraki beach. Cleaning services provided every few days which was great.
Me and my family rented this house for one week in June. We were 12 persons living in this Villa, 7 grown ups, 2 teenage, 2 kids and 1 baby of 8 month and it was a great time. It was 2 apartments in the big villa, 3 persons slept on a big couch and the baby had a babycot, all the other slept in the beds. All the kids loved the pool area and also we grown ups. Everything was great and it was close to a small beach and not to long to go to Another big beach. Only one restaurant close to the villa, but the food and service theere was great. A Little bit to long to the supermarket, but we took a taxi and bought all food we needed. Very close to the Airport, so transfer back and forth was just 10 minutes by taxi. A Clean house with all facilities needed, great service and help from the owner and his family, we could definitely go back to this house.
We arrived to a pleasant welcome from the owner , he was very helpful and explained everything connected with the villa We were a party of 7 audults and two children There was plenty of room , lovely pool area with BBQ it was very well maintained Local Taverna by the beach I can recommend Lidl supermarket close by too Just one little thing the crockery/ glasses were a bit of a mixture but everything else was in excellent condition Would def go again
