Leuko Villa Chania is a luxury 4 bedroom villa that stands on a plot of about an acre offering uninterrupted views of the sea and the surroundings even from the interior. The unique construction dated a century ago creates an impressive villa. It has an oblong private pool and two shaded outdoor dining areas.
On the Ground Floor, there is a lavish open-plan area hosting the fully equipped kitchen, the dining and the living room with cushions in dark cherry and crocus colors create a cozy atmosphere. On the northwest side of the ground floor, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom and can easily be converted into a triple bedroom. En-suite bathrooms in light blue colors promise moments of relaxation.
On the First Floor, there are two more bedrooms. One master bedroom with Jacuzzi and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the spacious terrace of 60 sq. Outdoors there is a private swimming pool boasts in front of the entrance of Leuko Villa Chania surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers, fences, and spacious terraces. A lawn of grass embraced by local trees and buses is the earthy heaven for small children. The pool area has full outdoor furniture with sunbeds, parasols, chairs, and a table.
Livadia coastal village is located 72km southwest of Chania and 31km south of Kissamos. In the village of Livadia, everything is still done in the traditional way. You can buy fish from the fishermen in the small harbor, vegetables, dairy products and meat from local farmers. Next to the village, there are several small but excellent beaches. Livadia is a beach located 1km east of Kissamos, just 2km in length. Livadia is a beautiful crystalline beach partly with sand and partly with pebbles. The water is shallow, therefore ideal for families with children. It is a somewhat organized beach and never gets too crowded so ideal for a peaceful holiday.

The villa is big and spacious with a great pool. Highly recommended for a group. The host was wonderful, we were really lucky to meet him
I really recommend this place. You can enjoy the Greek sunset in a special position under a beautiful veranda in front of the swimming pool. The host is available for any issues. we had a problem with the water that was immediately solved by him and his staff. The house is equipped with everything for a pleasant stay. I will for sure be back.
It’s very big and you have a lot of space. Every one of the four bedrooms with own bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is big and not too cold. The location is perfect and the sunset absolutely amazing! Everything was clean and we missed nothing. A big kitchen with a refrigerator and an ice compartment and a grill outside. So you can grill a BBQ in front of the pool and watch the sunset! There is no better plan to end the day. The host was great! Very friendly, helpful, and really cool. We will definitely come back again!
