Dimokratia villa's entry is identified with a sign. Going up the staircase you reach the large terrace. Entering Dimokratia Villa Chania lies down a comfortable space with 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms & a kitchen. Also on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom & a bathroom. At the end of the corridor, a staircase leads to the 1st floor, which hosts the other 2 bedrooms. Among them, are a luxurious bathroom & a spacious hall, which ensure the independence of the 2 rooms.
Living room I: Two toggle handmade sofas & armchairs are around a central, wooden table and hang out with the Smart TV 55 '.A huge glass will allow you to enjoy the beautiful natural landscape.
Living room II: The same beautiful views as the other living room, where the space here can be converted to an auxiliary bedroom since the large sofa can easily convert into a double bed.
Dining rooms: A magnificent handmade walnut table can accommodate 8-12 people. The other dining room, more functional, since it accompanies the kitchen, has a large table & can accommodate 6-8 people.
Kitchen: Gas Hobs with 5 cooking positions, Electric Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher(super silence), Microwave oven, Toaster, Coffee machines (Frappe, Espresso, French), Hand mixer, Electric squeezer, complete equipment for cooking and eating utensils.
Bedrooms: We gave special attention & care in the selection of bedroom items, to ensure healthy, comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing & restful sleep. A king-size bed (160x200) or two single beds(90x200), which can be two independent units or a combination of a bed. Bedside tables, modern or vintage, with special analog lighting.Orthopedic mattresses from MEDICAL STROM. Hypoallergenic pillows, antibacterial-antifungal with outer fabric 100% cotton. Outfits from NEF-NEF, free from harmful substances. Air-condition & TV.
1st Floor Bathroom: There couldn’t be something bigger. Tiles combined with mosaic covering the walls & the bathtub. The large, angular, semicircular bathtub with a seat, can be very enjoyable. There is a big bench with an inserted sink. A huge mirror with strong lighting can cover all of your needs. This bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Hot water is provided from a heater. Particular elegance adds to the room the ceiling with a circular dome with concealed lighting.
Floor Bathroom: It is equipped with a quite comfortable bench with a sink, cabinets, drawers, and a large mirror. The usability of the bath completes the shower with an attentive cabin that protects it. While the good taste emphasizes circular dome with the concealed lighting, the same as the bath on the 1st floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathrobes, towels, slippers & personal hygiene items. There is one more bathroom with a toilet and shower.
