On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, a bedroom, and a toilet. There is also a specially designed workspace with full office equipment with wi-fi and a printer. In the living room, there is floor-standing wine preservation where you will have 15 free wine labels at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, a comfortable toilet and another WC in the 3rd bedroom.
On the 1st floor of the house, there are 2 verandas where the largest is a dining room where you can enjoy your breakfast, with unlimited sea and mountain views. In the magnificently landscaped garden of the villa, there is a 35 m² swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate 10 people. There is also a traditional wood oven. The villa also has 3 flat-screen TVs, one of which is a smart tv with satellite, 50 inches. The villa's rooms are air-conditioned, with wi-fi, as well as two fireplaces that can hold. All the layers are orthopedic and hypoallergenic, as well as a pillow selection. The villa has also a private pool that can be heated on request. Next to the villa, there is an organic garden, where you can visit and collect many kinds of fresh vegetables. Petronila Villa Chania is just 1 km away from the nearest beach.

Una settimana perfetta! La villa è super, molto comoda anche al massimo della capienza, ha tutto quello che si può desiderare come camere comode, cucina moderna, due terrazzi panoramici, piscina grande ed a temperatura ideale, giardino accogliente e pulito con una dependance grande e attrezzata di ogni cosa per mangiare ed abbuffarsi in compagnia ed apprezzare l’atmosfera di un godibilissimo giardino e bordo piscina. La distanza dichiarata dal mare e dal paese non deve assolutamente spaventare, si tratta di due minuti in auto e 10 min a piedi. Sarete immersi nel verde e circondati da ulivi ma a pochi passi dai servizi di ogni genere (ristoranti, bar, supermercati, farmacia, lungomare). Una speciale menzione al padrone di casa Kostas, un vero e proprio gentiluomo, attento ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti e disponibile ad ogni ora. Al nostro arrivo ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno di prodotti locali ed ha accompagnato la nostra partenza con un omaggio culinario preparato dalla sua famiglia; è sempre stato prodigo di consigli e direi che non ha mai sbagliato.
One small note we had was that it might be nice to have plastic cups for around the pool as we were wary with the glass but this was a very minor issue.
As I’ve said. We loved it and I think Kostas might be the most accommodating host we’ve ever met. I’ll make sure I leave a review too.
