Morzine is a charming Alpine village and ski resort in the French Alps, close to the Swiss border, located in the Chablais mountain range between Lake Geneva and famous Mont Blanc. Morzine is approximately an hour's drive from Geneva Airport and is located the middle of one of the biggest ski areas in the world - the Portes du Soleil. The village is found in an elevation of 900 meters, with a network of lifts reaching the panoramic Chamossière at 1800 meters, and Avoriaz, at 2100 meters offering fascinating views. There is a great network of extensive lift systems and free shuttle services that ensures your way back to your accommodation.
