Attention to detail is everywhere in Urban Corniche. From the designer furnishings to the bespoke bar, the penthouse lends itself as much to entertaining as it does to relax. The top floor is a vast, open-plan living, dining and entertaining area all focused around a central fireplace. At the far end, a terrace with a hot tub, sauna and bar dining area overlooks the village and ski slopes. Heaters on the roof mean you can enjoy this outdoor area on even the coldest evenings and, in the summer, it is perfect for al fresco dining.

A full-size pool table and large, stocked bar make hosting friends, clients or family a fun experience. You will find the bar stocked with a supply of drinks for your convenience, which can be paid for at the end of your stay. Being able to arrive and enjoy drinks straight away sets the tone for self-catered holidays at Urban Corniche. If you would like the fridge to be stocked for your arrival, we can arrange to have your groceries collected and ready for your arrival as well. The kitchen and dining area are open to the bar, keeping all your guests together and making hosting sociable. A grand piano and indoor swing add to the designer details in this exceptional property.

The upper living room is a place for everyone to gather and relax at the end of the day. Beautifully designed around a fireplace, it is a great spot for an aperitif before dinner.

Three large en-suite bedrooms can be arranged as either twin or super king rooms and each has been designed with a beautiful reminder of the heritage of the owner’s family. Bespoke velvet headboards show images of their history and are pieces of art in their own right. Each room has an individual design and each has a boutique ambiance, creating the perfect mountain haven to enjoy. Two further bedrooms both have shower rooms and share access to a WC.

Urban Corniche commands a prime position in the centre of the village and has spectacular views over the ski slopes and surrounding mountains. It is perfectly located for self-catered holidays as you can walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants and ski lifts within minutes. If you are staying in winter, you can add on our 24hr resort driver service, making life even easier. This service also gives you access to ski lifts located in Morzine.

For those self-driving, an underground parking space with lift access to the apartment offers convenient parking in both summer and winter. The ski locker with heated boot warmers means that all your kit can be kept out of the apartment in a secure location, warming for the next day’s skiing.

Les Gets Ski Resort is a charming alpine village that has maintained its authentic character. It is part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski area, which is the largest ski area in Europe. Les Gets has its throne at 1172 meters of height in the French Alps and boasts fascinating views. Its architectural style comprises a mix of traditional Savoyard chalets and more modern wooden-and-stone buildings constructed in harmony with their beautiful alpine surroundings, providing all the modern facilities and amenities, whilst still retaining the charm of an 800-year-old alpine community. It has a relaxed atmosphere, warm and friendly, typical of these areas.

The amenities in Les Gets include over 100 shops, bars and restaurants. The numerous artisan shops offer a wide range of local craft and produce, enhancing the real feel of this Savoyard village. Les Gets' nightlife has a warm and friendly atmosphere accompanied by a glass of good whiskey. There is a worthy selection of bars, hosting live music and all the big sports events are displayed on screens. Most bars stay open until 2 am, and for those who think that the night is young, there is the Igloo nightclub, open until 5 am.

Les Gets offers more than just a ski and snowboard holiday experience. With a huge list of non-ski activities to choose from, there is something for everybody to enjoy during a stay in Les Gets. Snow shoeing and parapenting are among the top activities, but bowling, sledging, and ice climbing as well as diving and Yoga, massage and spas will surely cater for every taste.

The ski area includes 14 Ski Resorts with a combined total of 400km of downhill skiing, with 285 marked pistes, served by a total of 196 ski lifts. The appropriate Lift Pass allows you to ski or snowboard in any of the ski areas of Abondance, Avoriaz, Châtel, La Chapelle d'Abondance, La Grande Terche, Les Gets, Montriond, Morzine, Saint Jean d'Aulps, Champoussin, Champéry, Les Crosets, Morgins and Torgon. With ski lifts as high as 2,470m, snow cover is generally reliable.
