The house dates back to the 19th century, and has been recently renovated, it offers an upmarket comfort with a rustic appeal, with 2 floors and a total of 5 double rooms, all individually furnished and each room has its own bathroom. 3 double rooms are situated on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden/inner yard. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the first floor and are connected with each other via a living room.
The lounge area with a window facing the garden fascinates with a perfectly fitted red couch set. A big patterned carpet contrasts with an elaborately refurbished ceiling, one can even see the old roof beams of the traditional house with an open fireplace. The kitchen with direct access to the courtyard seizes traditional Mallorquin tiles and combines them with warm wooden notes. Rustic roof beams immaculately contrast with two-colored modern floor tiles. Spacious worktops and high-quality kitchen appliances make the kitchen perfect.
Outdoor areas offer a large 12m x 6m pool, surrounded by sun beds. The terraces and barbecue area serve as great outdoor lounge areas to relax and unwind as well as to eat together al-fresco. There's also plenty of outdoor entertainment for the more active, including a table tennis table, volleyball, trampoline, and a play area for the kids!
