The house is distributed over one floor, which from the road is the first floor, the ground floor houses two large open garages. The spacious open-plan living areas in the shape of an 'L' are modern and bright thanks to the many floor to ceiling windows which all open out onto the pool terrace and gardens. The dining area has huge table easily seating 10 guests, while the super modern kitchen boasts a breakfast bar and high-end appliances. The lounge includes 3 huge comfortable sofas, inviting floor cushions and a large flat-screen TV, as well as views to the pool and gardens.
The terrace surrounding the house gives access to the swimming pool which has a large shallow area of water perfect for children or for relaxing in the sun and water comfortably. The stunning gardens feature a lawn and fruit trees, that are only separated from the golf course by a hedge.
