REVIEW SCORE

Villa Corazon de Piedra Mallorca is one of the most desirable and luxuriously equipped holiday villas in Pollensa.

show more details

Built over three floors, the villa was completed to the highest possible standards in 2017. Located in La Font, the villa is literally carved into the rock. The garage alone could be featured in a James Bond movie! Villa Corazón de Piedra Mallorca has a huge amount of natural light and 360 degree views of the nearby beaches at Cala San Vincente, Puerto Pollensa, and of Pollensa town. Starting on the lower level of this stunning holiday villa there is a parking area for several cars.

From here a lift takes you up into the house, which is ideal for guests who are less mobile (the lift gives access to all floors of the villa). On the first floor, the property has a beautiful bright sunny living room with superb comfortable designer furniture and impressive artwork. The living room opens out onto a sun-drenched terrace and an impressive infinity pool, 15.5 x 2.5 meters.

The pool can be heated (additional cost applies) and has a glass side that overlooks the garage area (which offers excellent Instagram photo opportunities!). Outside there is a stylish, comfortable seating area/chill-out space and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy long, relaxing lunches and dinners cooked on the state-of-the-art gas barbecue.

Also on this floor, there is an indoor dining area which seats 8 and the indoor designer kitchen is state-of-the-art and is fully fitted.

About the Location

Spain, Mallorca, Pollensa

Pollensa is situated in the north part of Mallorca just a few kilometers from Port de Pollensa. Its importance is evident in its rich history, adding many conquerors to its agenda. From the beginning of the 19th century, artists discovered the irresistible beauty of this place and made it their home, creating a colony of writers and musicians.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman Bridge (Pont Roma)’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa which is a small mountain with a monastery on its top a bit outside the town.

Pollensa is distinct for its beautiful central square, The Plaça Mayor, which is dominated by a Parroquial church dating back to the 18th century. Today this church hosts one of Mallorca’s best Sunday markets and attracts a plethora of visitors from all around the area. The impressive square includes several cafes and restaurants and concentrates the main buzz of the town.

Don’t skip a visit to Monti-sion, the former monastery and college, where you have to ascend 365 steps which will lead you to the El Calvari, an 18th-century church. You will walk among groomed gardens, cypresses and quaint houses that will make the tiring climbing to the top more bearable. What awaits you when you reach it, will definitely be worth your effort!

Pollensa’s cultural life is also rich; home to the Pollensa’s festival which hosts famous Spanish opera singers, such as Monserrat Caballé and José Carreras, this event transforms the town into the island’s cultural capital.

Mallorca is the largest island in the Balearic Islands, which are part of Spain and located in the Mediterranean. The island boasts world-renowned beaches and coves but is also a perfect destination for golf lovers and lovers of culture, water sports, and entertainment. No wonder Mallorca is a favorite holiday destination for jet-setters from the politics, film and fashion scene.

Spain is a unique country that surprises everyone with its imposing mountains and countless beaches. It has over 5.000 miles of coastline and more than 290 days of sunshine. From Madrid and Barcelona to Valencia and Seville, the vibrant cities of Spain will amaze everyone with their world-renowned arts and culture scene, incredible food, wonderful museums and a plethora of shopping options. Southern Spain is a traveler’s paradise with a plethora of whitewashed villages, cobbled streets, and ancient charm. Spain offers its own unforgettable atmosphere, rich history, and various traditions. Its breathtaking beaches, natural environment, and multiple activities will surely attract everyone! Visit Spain and view all the fantastic attractions that lie beneath its hot glowing sun.
