Villa Can Arte mixes the old Ibiza charm of the '70s and '80s with extensive renovations and has become a tranquil, peaceful and charming 547 m2 luxury villa of the highest standard. The property boasts travertine marble floors in all rooms and terraces, air conditioning, and under-floor heating in all rooms including bathrooms, and WiFi is available throughout the house including all outdoor areas. There are 4 separate casitas connected to the main villa each consisting of a luxury guest suite with an en-suite bathroom.
Outside is an amazing place to relax on the extensive grounds. There are lush areas of lawn surrounding the fantastic Olympic size swimming pool and Jacuzzi, many terraces and chill-out areas, a wonderful Balinese massage temple, a garage large enough for 4 cars, and parking for a further 6 cars. There are 10,000 m2 of forest within the grounds where 3 donkeys live. The security system is connected to police, the property also has CCTV with recording and access from any phone, monitoring main rooms and outside areas. Villa Can Arte is managed by a trusted housekeeper and gardener who have lived on the property for 10 years. The housekeeper who is available 24 hours for cleaning, shopping, washing, ironing, and cooking also has 3 dogs and they remain with her on the property, but they are restricted to her house and garden.
Main Villa Ground Floor - Open plan with kitchen, dining room for 8, reception, study with fireplace, living room with large flat 3D Samsung TV, satellite, DVD, surround sound system, Sonos wireless music system in all rooms controlled via 6 iPads and fantastic terraces. There is also a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub on this floor for guests.
Santa Eulària des Riu is a coastal town on the southeast of Ibiza and the third largest town on the island that includes also the only river on Ibiza. The town is 15 km northeast of Ibiza town and 22 km from the airport, next to a wide bay with the promontory of Punta Arabí at the east end. Port Esportiu is a new harbor and mariner which is lined with restaurants, shops and bars. The town includes safe sandy beaches ideal for family fun. At the western end of the bay, you will find the verdant hill of ‘Puig d’ en Fita’ which dominates the landscape and offers beautiful hiking trails.
Santa Eulalia has a long-established reputation as the island's gastronomic and cultural beating heart. The charming and modern center is arranged around the pretty promenade, with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes, plus a stunning white sandy beach. Also worth is the beautiful old town, a 15-minute walk from the new town where you will find the famous church of Puig de Missa, situated up a steep short walk where from you can enjoy amazing panoramic views.
For lovers of history, the Ethnographic Museum will offer a glimpse into Ibiza's rural past.
