The house is very private and completely fenced in with video entry via the private electric gates. There is an iPod surround sound system indoors and outdoors and the house and the casita are fully air conditioned throughout. T his property is perfect for all types of groups and is an ideal venue for events such as weddings. The lounge has several comfortable sofas, satellite TV and has huge double doors opening out onto one of the many chill out areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. There is also a huge dining table easily accommodating up to 10 people. The kitchen opens out onto one of the terraces where there is another huge outdoor dining table which overlooks the fabulous pool area.
The swimming pool is a great size (15m x 5.5m) and has a Jacuzzi with water coming from the rocks to give it that extra special feature. In the evening the pool is lit by different colours making it an eventful and great place to be both day and night. There are 16 loungers around the pool as well as an Indonesian style day bed. There is also a hot tub to benefit from. This property boasts an amazing fully equipped, huge outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining area and chill out area perfect for entertaining both day and night. A tennis courts sits to the back of the gardens where you can enjoy a game of tennis, basketball or football. This villa is a great place for large groups or family and friends alike with the huge amount of entertainment, dining areas and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area also benefits from a w/c and outdoor shower which is alongside the laundry room.
Santa Eulària des Riu is a coastal town on the southeast of Ibiza and the third largest town on the island that includes also the only river on Ibiza. The town is 15 km northeast of Ibiza town and 22 km from the airport, next to a wide bay with the promontory of Punta Arabí at the east end. Port Esportiu is a new harbor and mariner which is lined with restaurants, shops and bars. The town includes safe sandy beaches ideal for family fun. At the western end of the bay, you will find the verdant hill of ‘Puig d’ en Fita’ which dominates the landscape and offers beautiful hiking trails.
Santa Eulalia has a long-established reputation as the island's gastronomic and cultural beating heart. Art Galleries, a state of the art yacht marina, along with some of the island's best restaurants, and a great shopping scene are just some of the lures of this place. Also worth is the beautiful old town, a 15-minute walk from the new town where you will find the famous church of Puig de Missa, situated up a steep short walk where from you can enjoy amazing panoramic views.
