At the entrance, we find the stairs and the elevator that give access to all the floors of the house including the roof terrace. It is divided into the ground floor and the first floor, it has 6 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, built-in wardrobe and personalized decoration, a spacious living room with a dining area. If it happens that your trip is for business, it can serve as a meeting room or if you prefer outdoors, there is also a large table on the porch terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped, next to it there is a utility room, and another 2 outside with a bathroom included. Outside we find beautiful green areas and a covered terrace next to the pool, Balinese beds, gym, playground, tennis court, parking for several cars. Events with max capacity can be organized. 60 people counting that there is a soundproof disco inside and several lawn areas and terraces outside
Santa Eulària des Riu is a coastal town on the southeast of Ibiza and the third largest town on the island that includes also the only river on Ibiza. The town is 15 km northeast of Ibiza town and 22 km from the airport, next to a wide bay with the promontory of Punta Arabí at the east end. Port Esportiu is a new harbor and mariner which is lined with restaurants, shops and bars. The town includes safe sandy beaches ideal for family fun. At the western end of the bay, you will find the verdant hill of ‘Puig d’ en Fita’ which dominates the landscape and offers beautiful hiking trails.
Santa Eulalia has a long-established reputation as the island's gastronomic and cultural beating heart.
