Villa Casale Vaticano Tuscany has been recently renovated and now it looks like a 'friendly country home” equipped with all the modern facilities. Externally it has private outdoor parking, a large garden divided into different levels with several areas equipped for your vacation. On the highest level, there is the largest and most beautiful terrace with the fresh swimming pool and the Jacuzzi with 6 stations and several water jets. On the middle level, there is a space dedicated to outdoor breakfast and your lunches or dinners with friends with a large BBQ area. Inside on the ground floor 2 large living rooms, a space for reading, 1 kitchen with all tools necessary for preparing meals, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor barbecue area, 1 bathroom (also with facilities for disabled), and laundry.

Inside the house on the ground floor, there is a beautiful living area consisting of a living room with fireplace (satellite TV), reading area (which is accessed by climbing six steps) with fireplace too and satellite TV. Then a dining area with a fireplace, 4 steps separate the dining room from the kitchen. The kitchen has all the electric facilities you need, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, coffee maker, bathroom, laundry room with washer and pozzino.

On the first floor 4 bedrooms (the Olive Tree, the Alley, The Tower, The Valley) each with a private bathroom with vertical hydromassage and stunning views. (2 rooms, the Alley and the Valley can also accommodate 3 people with 1 double room + 1 extra bed). Provided for the guests a baby cot for the little ones and the highchair. All rooms can be twin rooms, all with air conditioning and mosquito net on the windows. Only Vally, the biggest bedroom, has got a Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

In the nearby Villa Casale Vaticano Tuscany, there is a lot of attraction, including the famous thermal baths of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, a theme park dedicated to the character of Pinocchio and Versilia with its beaches and its nightlife clubs.

The owner's Anna and Paul, live in the house next to the Villa, but they do not share with the guests the garden or the pool or the entrance or the car park. They take care of the garden and take care of cleaning the pool.

The province of Pistoia is located in northern Tuscany and is a quite large area whose morphology includes both flat valleys as well as hilly and mountainous sections, including the Valley of the Ombrone River, the Valdinievole and the Pistoia Mountains where ski lovers exercise their favorite sport. The small town of Quarrata, approximately 30 kilometers from Florence, is renowned for the production of premium quality wood furniture.

The area of Pistoia attracts a lot of tourists due to its famous thermal baths which are another important resource for the province. The thermal baths of Montecatini and Monsummano include waters with beneficial health effects, ideal for a healing experience along with spa therapies. In the past, these thermal baths hosted nobility and royalty, as well as more recent movie stars.

Pistoia Mountains are ideal for sports and hiking lovers, both in the summer and in the winter, when the ski slopes and lifts are open. The ski resorts of Abetone and Val di Luce are among the most popular.

Children will love the Zoo of Pistoia, located about 10 km outside of the city, and the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, with its adjacent to stunning Garzoni Garden.

Since Tuscany is famous for its gardens, here you will find one more much-visited gem, The Fattoria di Celle, a beautiful outdoor sculpture garden with contemporary works of art.
