Sani is a very large resort located about 85km from Thessaloniki, on the northwestern shore of Kassandra peninsula. The area around the settlement is reputed to have one of the most pleasant climates in northern Greece. Sani was once an ancient colony of Eretria and today it belongs to the modern settlement called Stavronikita, named after Stavronikita Monastery on Mount Athos which had built a sort of colony on the site during the Middle Ages. Sani is a very large (4 square kilometers) self-contained grouping that consists of several hotels, private villas, restaurants, many optimum beaches, many hiking trails, a 250-acre nature preserve, and a small circular marina.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. Great stay with 8 friends at the White Villa! Our host Pantelis took care of everything. He was waiting for us at arrival with snakck and cold beers. He also arranged great meat from a local butcher for the BBQ. Pool and jacuzzi are heated!

The host Pantelis was amazing,he welcomed us with drinks and snacks on arrival, helped us with everything we needed from food shopping to taxis to booking our sailing boat trip and even came back to surprise desserts.He exceeded our expectations and so did the villa.

I have been to many great places in different countries, but the White Villa Sani is something very special not seen before.
The villa is pleasantly located in a small wood with a great swimming pool. As it was already October, we enjoyed the heated water of the pool and the outside jaccuzi. The villa is spacious with a lot of amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, a table-tennis, state of the art music and TV equipment. The whole villa is arranged with a love to the detail.
A special thanks belongs to the the owner, Pantelis, who made our stay a special experience. Not only is he a very pleasant and warm person, but Pantelis was always available for us and helped us also organising our boat trips and diners.
All in all, an excellent experience only to be recommended.

The entire experience from booking, to arriving and staying in this superb villa was incredible. Pantellis (the owner) is so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions really quickly prior to arriving.
We were a party of 9 people (6 adults and 3 children aged 1 to 8 years old). Pantellis took lots of time to show us the villa and the local area on arrival. The villa itself is very impressive and kept to a very high standard of decoration. It has everything one could possibly need including very fast wifi and a cinema room with a great projector and Wii-U for the kids. The garden is huge with lots of possible activities including basketball, table tennis, trampoline, football and bikes for cycling. The pool is excellent and heated and the Jacuzzi was very relaxing.
Pantellis went far beyond the call of duty in helping organise meals out for us in great local restaurants/tavernas as well as delivering orders of fresh fish and meat for our barbecues during our stay. He was always available and answered all queries almost instantly. He helped us plan various activities including hiking routes, walking routes for Thessaloniki, places to swim and even free passes to the Sani resort itself.
I really cannot praise Pantellis and his hard work enough. He is a magnificent host and his main priority is always the happiness of his guests. If you are even thinking about booking, just do it. You won't regret it.
This is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Every one of us that stayed here absolutely loved this place. It's in an amazing location in the forest, you cannot hear a car at all, very relaxing. The pool is heated so can be used even at night. This villa has everything you need, bikes, basketball, table tennis, hot tub and we made use of it all! Literally we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The grounds are large and very well kept, lots of space around the villa and beautiful flowers in the gardens. The pool was cleaned regularly (early morning before we woke) and the cleaners came twice in the week and did a great job of keeping the house nice for us.
The Sani resort with a beautiful port and restaurants is in walking distance!
What made our stay so great was Pantelis. He ensured that we knew where to go for restaurants and activities, he even took us for a quick tour of the area when we first arrived. He organised a chef for my 40th birthday to come to the villa (which was amazing). Pantelis organised a sailing trip for us also. Just the little things like when he picked us up some burgers and dropped them off for us as we didn't have any for our BBQ that evening. He bought me a birthday cake and then later in the week he bought me flowers and cakes for my birthday. Such a lovely host, it just made all the difference because he organised everything we needed, which was just fantastic. We will 100% be returning to the white villa!!
Well after searching for months for the right villa this was the perfect place. Set over three floors and 6 rooms for 12 adults this place has all that you need.
However it has the added bonus of Pantelis who was by far the nicest and most helpful man I have met and I am very hard to please. He also made sure we had all that we needed. From picking up shopping for us to eat, to recommendations, from visiting to check in and to just making the surprise trip perfect. We had great pool parties and the use of the basketball court and table tennis was also great.
We have said we will be back one as it's a place where no matter the occasion it will bring special memories that won't be forgotten.

Greece is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and Greeks excellent tourist hosts, but Mr. Pantellis and his Sani White Villa is the greatest of everything we have ever seen.
The beautiful White Villa can accommodate 12 persons, each one having own privacy, own bathroom, own pleasure. The master kitchen is fully equipped, modern and sophisticated challenging even those who don’t like to cook, to do that with joy. Cleaning service was excellent, for the house as well as for the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. BBQ area is great and we spent long time there watching over kids while they were playing in the pool. Free WI-FI of course was wonderful opportunity to check our business from time to time Bedrooms are spacious, modern and comfortable, with lot of sun-light coming inside, and linens and beds offering “sweet dreams”.
Villa with its surrounding, with lot of beautiful flowers, pine trees, birds singing songs, is the best “quiet piece” for having the most wonderful coffee during the early mornings. Real joy for the ears and for the soul.
The modern designed house has amenities for growns and kids as well, so our children were engaged 24/7 at swimming pool, basketball yard, on trampoline, playing table-tennis, watching movies at ground floor feeling like being at Cinema.
For those who enjoy nature, as us, can ride 4 available bicycles and make round trip by the sea, from the Villa around the “Sani small peninsula” to the Sani resort, biking in wonderful pine forest, having the most beautiful view over the sea. Beach is also very close to the Villa.
Mr, Pantellis is truly helpful and friendly, available 24/7 if anything is required, but of course, this Villa offers everything so it’s not necessary to call him. I highly recommend this accommodation for everyone who wants to “touch” Heaven on Earth for a moment.
Amazing accommodation. Whether you are family or friends wanting to have best vacation ever, this villa is best you can ask for. We came a family of 11 people from the age of 6 months to 66 years. We had a great vacation staying in this beautifully designed and clean house for 7 days. The house is equipped with everything you can think of. The kids enjoyed the pool, the trampoline, the wii and all other fun activities offered in the house. In the kitchen, you can find anything you need to cook. The cleaning service was excellent, not only clean, but willing to adjust to our family schedule. The owner of the villa recommended on a chef coming to cook for us. What an amazing dinner we had. One of the best sea bass we ever ate.
The villa is located in a beautiful forest. The area is very quiet but everything you need is only five minutes drive: restaurants, grocery store and beautiful beaches.
Vezirtzis is not a regular Airbnb owner. Everything we asked for came true. Such a kind man, so helpful and with many great recommendations on what to do, where to visit and eat. He was available 24 hours for any request.

The white Villa was as described on their website but even more breathtaking in Real time. It had the WOW factor from the approach to the electronic gates into the drive and the well kept lawns. The Villa was well presented and furnished to a high standard. It had white walls and furnishings everything was clinically white. Breath taking!! heaven!
The rooms were very large and spacious. The linen and towels were fresh clean and of excellent quality. The Whole Villa was well equipped with the modes and cons everything you would need for a good living. The Villa also provided free Wifi.
The swimming Pool was very clean. The Jacuzzi and Hot tub was fabulous!!!! And fine dinning on the Patio and BBQ area. The grounds of the Villa was very well kept to a high standard. The Villa was fit for Royalty living.
The Villa was well located on the hill with its breath taking views over looking the bay in a near distance. The Beach, Restaurants, Bars and shops were a short drive away (approx 1km). With boats lined in the bay.
We invited a few friends and family who were also holidaying on the Island for a BBQ at the Villa. All they could say was WOW!!! WOW!!
The owner Mr Pantellis, was very polite and professional in his approach. He was a very helpful host. Mr Pantellis can also arrange for car and boat hires, basically anything thing you needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone. It exceeds expectations. It is worth the price. I will always remember this holiday because of the villa. I will definitely book this villa again next year.
