Anna Maria Villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. There is a TV in every room, DVD and free wifi internet. There are also lots of toys for children. It can host 12 people and consists of two elevated ground floors and a semi-basement.
The ground floor features a large and comfortable living room with a fantastic fireplace, an open plan large fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms of 15square meters each, one bathroom, and a 60 sqm veranda. The first floor has one master bedroom of 40 square meters with a living room and a fireplace, two other bedrooms of 15square meters each, two bathrooms, and a 50 sqm balcony. On the semi-basement is located a playroom together with a large storage area
Anna Maria Villa is fully air-conditioned and has also a central heating system which gives them a unique advantage of living in the house all year round. The Villa is fully furnished and equipped and has a TV in every room, DVD and wi-fi internet. There are also lots of toys for children. The exterior of the house is amazing. 4000 sqm with grass, palm trees, pine trees, olive trees, and a fully equipped large barbeque kiosk. The Villa is equipped with a high-security alarm system CCTV security cameras security doors and unbreakable bulletproof windows.
Kryopigi is located east of the Kassandra peninsula, 90km from the city of Thessaloniki. The village is built amphitheatrically within a beautiful green pine forest with a magnificent view of the bay of the peninsula. The old part of Krypigi with the central square of the village and all restaurants and cafes is found in the elevated part, a bit further from the beach. The central square of the village and the natural spring, where from the village took its name (in greek Kryopigi means cold spring), are the first things to see. Kryopigi has been inhabited since the antiquity.
What Kryopigi is famous for is its blue flag awarded beaches with crystalline waters and its climate. The paths towards the numerous beaches of the village and the wealth of nature in Kryopigi are enchanting and inviting for the visitor calling for a trip of exploration.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. Very nice house, wonderful pool - probably the highlight. Super clean with thoughtful touches such as many pool/beach towels, food/drink items in the refrigerator. The person representing the host was very kind and helpful both at check-in and checkout.

What a fabulous house and pool. As 2 families we have had a wonderful week in Villa Anna Maria. The house is incredibly well equipped ans we had everything we needed. The communication was excellent and the recommendations for the best fish restaurant exceeded already high expectations. The house is in walking distance to a beautiful beach and bars and restaurants. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
