Nora Villa 2 has 130 sqm has its own user area 400 sqm, its own parking space, a private garden of approximately 150 sqm, and a private swimming pool with overflow, tangential to the sea horizon. A big wooden dining table, sofa, lounge chairs, and mobile BBQ are located on the villa's main patio, adjacent to the pool. The interior is meticulously planned to guarantee that your ideal vacation is realized. The owners and employees will take care of any additional needs you may have, and they will do it in the shortest amount of time feasible. The villa sleeps 8-10 people and is ideal for large families, couples, or groups of friends.
Entering the house from the main entrance, there is the entrance hall, which leads to a room with a double bed, a minibar, a 32” TV and A/C, a room with a double bed and A/C, and a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have their own private terrace, with a panoramic view of the sea and the peninsula of Mount Athos. Upstairs, above the rooms, is the loft of 20 sqm, with a double bed, 1 openable double sofa, a minibar, a 32” TV, A/C and a W.C. Downstairs there is a room with a double bed that can be matched to form one double bed. A large central luxurious bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, A/C, working desk, and seating area with smart a 40” TV. From the living room, with large windows, we can get to the central pool terrace and garden. There is an individual pool with dimensions 6m X 3m, and 1.40 m depth, a large dining table 8-10 persons, mobile BBQ, living room, and garden with sun loungers.
Agios Nikolaos beach is a tiny cove in Halkidiki, Thessaloniki, located 65km south of Poligiros, capital of Halkidiki close to the busy resort of Siviri. This small beach is a piece of paradise surrounded by lush greenery and displaying clear turquoise waters. It can be easily accessed from the main road by car. Agios Nikolaos doesn’t offer many tourist facilities; however, there are plenty of amenities in the nearby resorts, such as cafés, restaurants, etc. This beach will offer you relaxing moments with your friends and family.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. The first leg and most popular one is Kassandra with plenty of tourist resorts and organized beaches. The second peninsula is Sithonia, with less organized resorts and more secluded coves. The third peninsula, Mount Athos, is a nearby monastic community where entrance is allowed only to men and after special permission. Very interesting is a boat trip from Ouranoupolis that makes the tour of Mount Athos, a region with lovely beaches and impressive Byzantine monasteries.
