There is a separate entrance for the second floor which leads to a double bedroom and bathroom with a shower. The Villa also shares an external Studio for 2 people with a double bedroom and en suite bathroom with a shower. It includes a two-store main residence of 90m2 connected to a garden studio (37m2) by a pretty, shaded lawn. The studio lies in the center of the well-tendered garden offering amenities for the most demanding needs. The well-equipped barbeque area can satisfy a large group of people while moments of peace and quietness will be part of the day.
The garden shields the barbecue and dining area with a 16m2 pergola. Simply walk out of the living room (18m2) through the patio doors, relax in the shade of the private terrace, or one step more to relax on the sunbeds of the sandy beach. The spacious bedroom offers wonderful views of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen to make every day needs easy and pleasant. One can enjoy the relaxation of a Cocktail on the outdoor balcony after a refreshing swim with the magnificent views of Diaporos Island. This residence truly offers the unique opportunity of having the perfect holiday moments in this lovely scenery, choosing privacy while being in the heart of this beautiful village.

Vourvourou beach in Halkidiki is a small beach located between the villages of Ormos Panagia and Sarti, on the eastern side of Sithonia peninsula, 51km southeast of Poligiros, the capital of Halkidiki. The area around Vourvourou is adorned with tiny rock islands, sea caves and beautiful coniferous forests.
Vourvourou is one of the best sandy beaches, ideal for families due to its shallow waters and its great touristic facilities. It offers a wide range of water sports for more active crowds. Visitors have the opportunity to take a boat ride to Diaporos, the largest of the nine islands across the bay of Vourvourou, and explore its small coves. The nearby Mount Itamos offers some splendid walking trails and a panoramic view of the Vourvourou bay.
