On entering the property of Leone Luxury Villas one can immediately sense the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. Each villa covers an internal space of 300 sqm with a vast surrounding area to ensure privacy and tranquillity. Each villa has a private swimming pool along with a children's pool, a large sun terrace with sun lounges and umbrellas. There is also a barbeque on site.
Leone Luxury Estate Zante is spacious and comfortable. There are four large bedrooms in each villa with double beds, air conditioning and balconies off each room. An interior staircase leads to the basement where there is a vast garage with an automated door. Leone Villas are safe and secure, especially for children. The entrance security camera and security alarm system ensure safe and carefree holidays.
Catering for all your needs and offering all year round holidays, the villas are built to accommodate winter holidaymakers as well, providing central heating and a large and cosy fireplace.
Kalamaki Zakynthos is located 6 km south of the town of Zakynthos, at the end of the eastern side of the bay of Laganas. It is a small yet crowded resort popular with families and water sports lovers. The area belongs to the National Marine Park and is a natural continuation of Laganas beach with its equally stunning scenery. Kalamaki displays dramatic rock formations that add to its beauty. It is not an overly developed and organized beach and apart from a cafe behind the beach, the area doesn’t offer other amenities. Kalamaki beach has also the advantage of being close to the airport.
