Each villa features 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), 2 living rooms, a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and private swimming pool for unlimited fun under the Greek sun.
Each one of the 2 Eden Villas Zante has a size of 130 square meters and is consisted of 2 floors with a maximum capacity of up to 6 persons. The ground floor features a dining/living room area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom, which is tastefully furnished offers a double bed, wardrobe, TV and its own balcony. In the living room area, there is a large sofa, as well as a fireplace, TV, DVD player and a cd player. The bathroom offers a washbasin, toilet, and bathtub.
Through the inner staircase, guests can have access to the first floor, which is consisted of 2 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed, safety box, big wardrobe, beauty mirror, TV, patio doors and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, WC with shower, wardrobe, and TV. The whole of the villa is fully air-conditioned.
On the exterior, each villa offers a private space of 1000 square meters with a private pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, kiosk area, BBQ, and private parking.
Anafonitria is a small village in the north of the island that got its name from the 14th Century Monastery of the area, which happens to be the oldest monastery of Zante. There is a medieval tower marking the entrance to the monastery which in the past served as a point of defense whereas nowadays it is used as a bell tower. Inside the church, there are invaluable icons that have traveled from Constantinople, more particularly an exquisite image of the Virgin Mary that gave its name to the monastery. Anafonitria is also near Zante's most famous site where tourists trickle in every year - the Shipwreck (Navagio) with a nearby observation point above it, providing amazing cliff and sea views. Both the monastery and the Shipwreck are must-see sites that can be combined in one excursion.

The host met us on arrival & departure answering any questions we had. It is a lovely size villa with space for 6 people and perfect for two couples. Car hire is a must with it taking roughly forty minutes to get to the airport / llaganas / Zakynthos Town where it's busier. The pool is great with a fantastic seating area outside which we ate at most evenings along with an outdoor coal BBQ. There are two villas both back to back so privacy is kept well. Luckily we had the villa which was facing the sea and can be seen in the distance which made our stay even nicer.
The house is clean, comfortable and you have enough privacy, perfect. There is a big garden and our kids loved the swimmingpool. We had a great time!

Giannis is a great host providing wine and snacks for our arrival (even though we were 3 hours late due to flight delays). He arrived daily to clean the pool and enquired if all was ok.
The villa is very luxurious, has all the facilities a family could need and was more than big enough for the 2 adults and 3 children that holidayed here.
Air conditioning was icy in all rooms (except the downstairs bedroom but this benefited from the main living area aircon and was more than sufficient.
The outside area is very private with a great pool and dining / bbq area.
Very secluded area with views of the hills. A couple of very small shops and a coffee bar nearby and a few tavernas a little further away (still walkable). Galaxy Taverna recommended.
You'll definitely need a car for your stay here. Larger shops and beaches are far away (but that was really appealing to us as we wanted a peaceful, remote stay).
