It has its individual parking -available on property- and it consists of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, its individual air-conditioned unit and it is built on different levels compared to other rooms, in order to be totally independent. On two of these levels, there is a difference of half a floor (8 steps) up to the level that accommodates the whole area of the sitting-room, the dining room and the kitchen, so as to offer you direct access to every place you want to go.
The level of the entire area includes the sitting-room with a sofa that can be turned into a bed, the TV set, the fireplace and the big sliding door with the stunning view, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the small bathroom with a shower. Through the big door of the sitting room or the kitchen or the entrance area, you can have access to the yard with the breathtaking view, the overflow swimming pool, the Jacuzzi and the outdoor area, which is covered with lawn and other plants. The area around the swimming pool offers beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower and a pergola with a dining table and a BBQ.
Room features include Individual air-conditioned units, TV set, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, dish-washer, washing-machine, iron and iron board, Wi-Fi internet connection, hairdryer, cooking utensils, a 42΄΄ flat-panel television in the sitting-room, hi-fi set, microwave oven, a toaster, a juicer.
Outdoor features include Private parking, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi swimming pool, beach chairs and umbrellas, swimming pool towels, shower, BBQ, outdoor furniture.
Agios Nikitas is a small fishing village located 13 km southwest of Lefkada Town and very close to Kathisma beach. The picturesque beach in front of the settlement boasts crystalline waters and soft sand. Despite being small, Agios Nikitas is also renowned for the excellent quality fish taverns found nearby, so do not miss the chance of a delicious meal by the sea after a refreshing dive. This beach has gained in popularity among tourists for its great facilities and its relaxing atmosphere.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color. Beaches, like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma and Egremni, are among the most photographed places in Greece. It is called by many the Caribbean of Greece for obvious reasons.
