Villa Phedra, built in a 1000 sm2 garden full of flowers, is a comfortable and private maisonette of 120sm2 with 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor has an open plan fully furnished kitchen dining area and a sitting area with a traditional lefkadian fireplace that leads to a fully furnished veranda. This floor also has a WC, and a laundry room fully equipped with a washing machine, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
The second floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom ( bath with additional shower fittings). The master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with a beautiful view over the Ionian sea. The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined together to form a double, whilst the third bedroom has a double bed and sleeps an additional two people. The villa also offers a 28m2 private swimming pool of outstanding design and style (1m to 1.5m max depth) with a hydrolysis system, shower, and sun loungers. Situated in close proximity to the pool is a traditional stone-built barbecue with a fully equipped kitchen, large table, and chairs in order for guests to enjoy unique, local delicacies. The tastefully furnished interior and exterior spaces, children’s playground area, and parking for 1 to 2 cars, secure its guests without a doubt an unforgettable stay.
Megali Vrysi in Lefkada is located in the north-eastern part of the Ionian island of Lefkada and is a ten minutes’ drive to the Town of Lefkada. If you feel like soaking your feet in the sand and swimming in peacock blue waters, the majestic beach of Agios Ioannis is just 7 minutes from Megali Vrysi. If you are up to some island hopping in the nearby islands of Kefalonia and Ithaka, the port is 3 minutes away. There you can also enjoy fine dining or a coffee along the water. The property has all the amenities you can think of (+ some you don't even think you needed) and Maria offered us lot of home made goodies! The pool & garden area are absolutely beautiful - there were even days when we didn't feel like moving from the house, the place is so relaxing (and you don't see / hear any neighbors from the 2nd house - you won't feel disturbed by anyone). Bonus points for the fact we came back home with a kitten, adopted from a cat family living on around the property :) We really hope to get back there again one day!

Believe, It is even better than on fotos. It is very good place for big family. The owner - Maria - is lovely person. She is always ready to help and explain. When we arrived the big basket with fruits, wine, bread, homemade oil and marmalade was waiting for us. This Maria's orange marmalade is something special! Cleaning is twice a week. Bed linen and towels are changed. Villa is quite isolated on the hill. So you can feel free there. You need a car there. The city is 3-5 min drive. But there are several bicyсles on villa which you can use. There are several beaches close to this place. But we were driving around the island to visit different places. Must have - Acheron river! Wonderful place. It is 1.5 hour drive from Lefkada. If you plan to go to Lefkada, choose this place and you will not be disappointed! Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Villa Phedra und sind absolut begeistert. Fangen wir mit der Ankunft an - die Anfahrt ab Flughafen Preveza dauert ca. 20 Minuten - die Lage Lefkada Town ist perfekt. 1 km und du bist in der Stadt oder am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände , alles hier und sehr nah. Das Tor war offen , die Besitzerin Maria vor Ort und hat uns gleich herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Das Zimmer - für uns war es die Hochzeitsreise - war wundervoll mit Blumen dekoriert. In der Küche war Honig - Olivenöl und regionale Produkte. Alles von Maria zubereitet und BIO. In ganz Lefkada haben wir kein derart gutes Olivenöl bekommen ! Reinigung war 2 x wöchentlich - super sauber - jeglicher Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen. Maria war praktisch immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns einige Tips geben können. Das Haus / Pool und vor allem die Lage - uneinsehbar und einfach ALLEINLAGE - auch wenn oben die andere Villa da ist - man hört und sieht nichts , noch ein Pluspunkt. Man ist auch mit einem PKW immer gleich an den guten Stränden , die eher im Westen sind ( Sand ) . Sicherlich - der Preis ist jetzt im Juli nicht günstig, aber jeden Euro wert. Speziell die Aussenküche - welche wir wirklich täglich benutzt haben. Nebenan die Dusche , was auch ein Pluspunkt war. Schattenplätze wenn man sie braucht und von Liegen bis Strandtücher alles vorhanden. ( auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden ) - wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder mal hinfahren. TOP und vielen Dank an Maria und Familie , die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht haben Daniela , Charly & Kids
