It has its individual parking - available on property - and it consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, an individual air-conditioned unit, a bathroom, and a whole area of sitting-room, with a sofa that can be turned into bed, the TV set, the fireplace and the big sliding door with the stunning view over the Ionian Sea, the dining-room and the fully equipped kitchen, all in just one level.
Only in this room, there is an individual ceiling concealed air-conditioned unit. While going out of the room and getting down a level, through an outdoor staircase from the terrace, you arrive at the swimming pool area, where there are beach chairs and umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a table with the BBQ. Agios Nikitas is a small fishing village located 13 km southwest of Lefkada Town and very close to Kathisma beach. The picturesque beach in front of the settlement boasts crystalline waters and soft sand. Despite being small, Agios Nikitas is also renowned for the excellent quality fish taverns found nearby, so do not miss the chance of a delicious meal by the sea after a refreshing dive. This beach has gained in popularity among tourists for its great facilities and its relaxing atmosphere.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color.
