Villa Anemos at Aeriko Villas Lefkada has been individually furnished to provide its own character. The open plan living room and kitchen open onto a garden and patio with a private pool. There is a big pergola for shade by the pool with sunbeds, chairs, and a dining table. The luxury furnished living room contains satellite TV, DVD, CD, and radio. The fully equipped kitchen also contains a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
An extra folding bed for a fifth person can be added to the living room if required. All bedrooms are generous in size, have a balcony, and offer a spectacular view of the open sea. There are two bathrooms, one is upstairs and the other one is downstairs. Oak floors all over the house and marble-tiled bathrooms add a touch of luxury. The houses are air-conditioned and heated throughout.
Agios Ioannis is the closest beach to Lefkada Town just 2km away. The long beach stretches for many meters and includes golden sand and emerald waters. Its exotic landscape is a pole of attraction for thousands of visitors.
Agios Ioannis is well-organized and with great touristic infrastructure and facilities. It hosts some old windmills that create a charming atmosphere. The beach here is usually windy thus ideal for windsurfing lovers.
At the beach of Agios Ioannis, you will also find water sports centers and cafes. At the left side of the beach, you will find the whitewashed Church of Agios Ioannis Antzousis with some interesting icons.
Lefkada belongs to the Ionian island group, located west of the Greek mainland, known for its vivid turquoise sea color. Beaches, like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma and Egremni, are among the most photographed places in Greece. It is called by many the Caribbean of Greece for obvious reasons. Connected to the mainland through a bridge, Lefkada has the advantage that it can be accessed by car. This island will cover all tastes; it is the perfect place for families, romantic couples but also large groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy themselves.
The Ionian Islands are located on the western side of Greece and are historically and culturally strongly connected to Italy with many evident elements of this. The architecture of the capital towns, including Corfu Town, Zakynthos Town and Argostoli, resembles a lot to the Venetian style as these islands were occupied by the Venetians in the medieval times. Another striking characteristic of Ionian Greece is the lush green nature and the aquamarine beaches with white soft sand. Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus mit Balkonen am Schlafzimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche... sehr netter Reinigungsservice, die täglich vorbei kamen.
Pool sehr sauber. Strand gegenüber. 2 Minuten Autofahrt zum Hafen. Dort gibt es unzählig leckere Restaurants. Nette Einkaufspassagen sind vom Hafen aus fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
Alles sehr empfehlenswert. Das Einzige, was uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht hat, war die Straße vor dem Haus. Klein aber sehr stark befahren. Vor allem von Einheimischen und nachts. Erst ab 2 Uhr war Ruhe. Also perfekt für „Eulen“ ?
Lovely comfortable villa. The pool area has plenty of sun or shade and a great bbq.
The beach is just across the road and plenty of beach bars within walking distance. 5 mins drive to Lefkada town with lots of great restaurants either by the water or in the little alleyways and streets.
The maids in the villa made the most delicious cake too - they looked after us very well.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Anemos. Alles hat gepasst wie beschrieben und dargestellt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nahe zum Meer und nahe zum Städtchen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Location of the villa is perfect - just in front of the sea. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and it is beautifully decorated. Very clean, relaxing private pool and gardens.
The beach is nice, wonderful for long walks, not crowded. Few bars and tavernas in walking distance, but for more choices Lefkas town is very close. Kostas and his wife are fantastic, helped with everything we needed and we hope to see them again soon:)
