Due to its modern and unique design, its spacious and luxurious interior and its comfortable and relaxing exterior, this villa operates to high accommodation standards and is set to meet every guest's highest expectation. The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes a spacious air-conditioned living room with satellite TV (Netflix as well), an imposing marble fireplace, dining area, a terrace, an impressive kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a WC. Stairs and internal lift lead to the upper floor where there is a king size en-suite bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a family shower room that has a washing machine and a dryer.
The lower ground floor houses a large open plan living room with a professional pool table, an additional kitchenette, a double bedroom as well as a family shower room. It is accessible via an internal lift and external staircase. The ground and 1st floor have central air conditioning, controlled for each room independently. The semi-basement has independent air conditioning in the bedroom.
To fully enjoy the amazing Cretan weather and bright sunshine, Villa Penelope has a spacious, private outdoor area with a swimming pool, shaded dining area as well as a wonderful brick-built BBQ area. Private parking is also available on-site.
