Gouves Heraklion is a beautiful sandy beach with crystalline waters located 16 km east of Heraklion. The beach was awarded a Blue Flag for its cleanliness. By car to Gouves, after the village continue for another 1 km and there you will find the villa on the right. Being able to easily park the car in front of the door. Welcome by Eva (Owner of the Villa), what a spontaneous and friendly woman. It was emphatically stated: “If there is anything, please let me know”, everything is done to make it the best possible experience for me. I was asked if I wanted breakfast in the morning (which is not included). she was even asked if she should cook for me. I declined this, maybe another time. Nice and beautiful clean room with large terrace with sea view. The room had a small fridge where I could keep my drinks nice and cool, and even a coffee maker and a kettle. Swimming pool in a quiet and beautiful garden. Both sun and shade can be found here. Lovely place. About 1 km away are 3 restaurants in the village, and at Pame Plateia we had a delicious meal. Taverna Spyros even has live music on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The villa is highly recommended for relaxing. Was lucky enough to be alone here, so it was nice and quiet by the pool. If there were more, it wouldn't be a problem at all, because there are plenty of sunbeds. A place to remember.
We came here with several friends, the villa was perfect and at the highest standard we have met. Eva, the hostess was amazing in an extraordinary way. Helped us in everything, wanted our best and made us feel at home. When one of the friends was injured, she helped us with everything and even let us stay long past the check-out time. I have never stayed in such a perfect place. We will always remember the hospitality here as the most successful we have experienced. Highly recommended!
However, the most important think about this Villa is the amazing hosts of the Villa. They were ready to help us at any time with our requests. The hosts were helpful and thoughtful. If I wanted to score the hospitality of these people with max score 5 stars... I would have scored them with 100 stars.

This stay was one of my best experiences, was a dream.
Eva was a wonderful, warm host. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable bringing pastries for kids and a swing set for the baby. She was prompt and helped us with car reservations and Covid tests. The villa is huge with lots of space to spread out. The pool is smaller than the pictures show, but kids enjoyed it. Well equipped house.
Absolutely loved the villa, it looks and is even better than on the pictures. Thank you Eva for your hospitality and all your help ! Arranged from chef, housekeeping, cars, activities, to every single details for 12 people. Plus worked with us on all the changes we made for 3 times.
