Set on two floors, the villa has been designed to take advantage of the magnificent scenery and the thoughtful layout offers superb views from the bedrooms and living areas. The name Olive Valley comes from the area where the villa was built full of olive and orange trees that paths passed through them.
At the top of the hill where the accommodation is located, the houses are more modern and many of them are inhabited by European citizens. At the center of the village located the older houses with some traditional cafes and taverns. Also near the church, you will find a basketball court and across them a playground. Every year, on the eve of the 15th of August, the village experiences the life of the Cretan Cretan festival organized by the cultural association with rich food, music, dance, and party until morning. Also, there are many beaches and restaurants in the nearby villages, some of which are busier located in Platanias and more unique such as the beaches of Ravdouha, Falasarna, Balos, and Elafonissi.

Every corner of the house has a stunning view and the house design is beautiful. The host was very hospitable and warm, he welcomed us with fresh fruit and homemade cake.
We had an excellent stay at the villa, everything was perfect. Our host, was a very friendly and enthusiastic person. He maintained the villa and the pool at times that were convenient for us. It is located in a nice small and quiet village (Loutraki) and it's necessary to have your own transport or a rented car/scooter/bike as there is no public transport connection from the village to the main street at the beach. We had a rented car and it was perfect, it only takes a few minutes from the village to the beach. The villa is a brand new construction and it's built to a high-end standard. It has a very nice view of the village and the entire valley. We recommend to anyone stay at this villa and we plan to return.
We had a very pleasant stay. There is nothing to notice. We would definitely recommend this villa. Perfect as in the photos, and literally everything you need is present. The host was very pleasant.
