Villa Chrysallis offers a private heated swimming pool and can accommodate up to 16 guests. It is a warm and cozy place, built with care offering you maximum comfort and peace. Being perched in the green village of Vafe, Villa Chrysallis overlooks the olive groves and Vrysses valley. A residence that exudes fine taste and style, infused with traditional elements and professional standard hospitality, is the ideal destination if you’re looking to unwind, relax and reconnect with yourself, or your loved ones and with nature!
The villa is spread over the ground, 1st and 2nd floors are approximately 320 sq.m. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 en suite bathrooms, and a wc. All 5 bathrooms have a bathtub while one has a shower with a cabin. The rooms extend over all floors. Of the total, 4 bedrooms have a double bed, while the other two have 2 single beds that can be made into double beds on request.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned, with wardrobes and blackout curtains. Some of them have satellite TV. In the villa, you will find 3 different kitchens, one on each floor given the large capacity to serve you better. You will find ovens with hobs, refrigerators, dishwashers, 2 espresso machines, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils that will facilitate you to the fullest for the preparation of your meals.
Outside you will find a big yard, with olive trees, mulberry trees, plants, a large porch with a dining area in the pool area, pool loungers and a stone bbq and outdoor sink. In addition, you will find a comfortable couch under a canopy and hammock. Note that there is a second dining area for your convenience. The outdoor area will suit you to the fullest, it is comfortable, with unobstructed views of nature. It is a dreamy place for those who want to know the Cretan land and hospitality.

We enjoyed yoga, mindfulness, and entertainment in this relaxing environment. With a warm welcome we received from our enthusiastic host and no question is too much for her. Around the villa there are nice seating areas to relax or enjoy together at the large table near the outdoor kitchen or patio. Even a herb garden. This was a surprise and has our meals and drinks. Good taste.This villa is very clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice location.
What a fantastic pool area and especially lovely with the heated pool. The apartments were beautiful and well-furnished. The host was an attentive and skilled host!
Everything was amazing during our 7 night stay here. Villa was extremely clean, and very well equipped with everything you need (kitchen appliances, BBQ tools, laundry machine, dishwasher machine, hairdryer, iron, etc.). The Garden was full of extremely sweet grapes which we took the liberty to pick and eat them. The MPV of the villa is the swimming pool. Starting from the 2nd day we heated it and it reached, at some point, 30 degrees. Along with the villa, we also enjoyed very good meals at some local tavernas, located very close to the accommodation (5-10 mins walk). Our host was extremely welcoming and kind to us: she showed us the surroundings, and gave us tips for places with good food, in the village but also in the city of Chania. Also, she constantly gave us tips for beaches and places to visit, which were really helpful and where we had a lot of fun. We were 14 people and we all had an amazing experience while staying here. We will probably come back at some point in the near future :)
Upon arrival, the host was waiting for us to show us everything. She gave us tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat good Greek food. Villa is huge and the garden as well with lemon trees. Fantastic Heated swimming pool with a view, and a barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen (water in the fridge, fruits, sugar, tea, coffee, salt, tablets to the dishwasher, etc. everything that you need). Great localization in small village, 5min to the supermarket by car, 40min from Chania airport by car. 10-15min to the nearest beaches. 2h driving to Balos beach or Elafonisi beach. Having a car is a must. Villa has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. After a few days came housekeeper to clean and change the sheets, and clean the swimming pool. If we visit Crete again we will definitely book Villa Chrysallis again!!!
