Aspro Estate Villas Crete consists of two independent villas “Villa Aspro” and “Villa Blanche” located next to each other which can be rented together for families and large groups.
Renting the two villas together will offer our guests having two independent buildings with 10 bedrooms in total and both villas can be connected through outdoor areas. The three-story 200 sq. m villas are stylishly decorated and they manage to blend into the surroundings despite its modern design. Aspro Estate Villas Crete can accommodate 20 people in beds. The whole buildings and facilities are high quality throughout and great care can be seen in every detail including Cocomat beddings and hydromassage showers in all the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Entering each villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 42” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances including a wine cooler. The living room area opens directly to the outdoor terrace and the pool area. As going through a corridor on the ground floor, there is a hall which a WC is found. This floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed, a 32” satellite HDTV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom also has access to the outdoor area. Reaching the first floor through a staircase, there is a hall where a bathroom with a shower is located. Then there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor both with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The staircase leads further up to the loft where two bedrooms both with 2 single beds are located. All the single beds can be transformed to be double ones if needed.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities in both villas include a 32 sq. m ecological swimming pool, a fully equipped charcoal barbecue, an outdoor dining table, and a variety of furnished spots (with sunbeds and chairs) for relaxing in the terrace and the gardens around the villa. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
Aspro is a small village upon a hill in an altitude of 56m above the touristic resort of Almyrida and 24km from the city of Chania. It belongs to the municipality of Apokoronas. It enjoys stunning views of the bay of Souda and towards the beach of Almyrida. In this village, you will find many 18th century buildings of which some parts have been maintained and are inhabited to this day. Aspro is just 1,5km away from Almyrida and thus there is easy access to the beach. In Almyrida you will find a lot of shops and traditional products as well as souvenirs. Surrounding the cove of Almyrida there are several very picturesque villages worth visiting, such as Kera, Plaka, Kokkino Chorio, and others.

The Villas were first class and exactly how it looks in the pictures. We were a large group of 16 and the villa was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for us to spread out but also great communal spaces for us all to come together. What really made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They booked us into numerous activities, provided great recommendations, and answered our endless questions. They really did make the holiday the best it could possibly be.
