The villa exceeded all of our expectations. The views over Kissamos Bay are absolutely breathtaking and the sunsets from the infinity pool were one of the highlights of our trip. The villa is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and very well equipped. We especially loved the outdoor dining area and spent most evenings enjoying dinner while watching the sun go down.
The location was perfect for exploring Balos, Falassarna, and Elafonisi, while still being peaceful and private. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish. We would happily return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Crete.

We stayed as a group of 9 and had an amazing week. The villa is spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished, the beds were comfortable, and every room felt private.
The infinity pool and rooftop terrace quickly became our favorite spots. The views are even more impressive than in the photos. We also appreciated how close the villa was to beaches, restaurants, and local villages while still feeling completely secluded. One of the best villas we have stayed in and definitely somewhere we would book again.
Our family of five (two adults and three kids) spent an unforgettable week at this villa, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. It was one of those rare places that looks even better in person than in the photos — brand new, spacious, spotless, and surrounded by stunning views of the sea and the Cretan countryside. The kids loved having their own rooms (with amazing views from their balconies!), while we enjoyed the master suite with its private terrace. The hosts clearly understand what families need. There was a baby cot and highchair waiting for us, pool towels ready to go, and even some toys and floaties. The owners checked in with us just once to make sure everything was okay — friendly but never intrusive. They gave us great local tips too, like which nearby beach had calm waves for the kids and where to find the best bakery in town. The villa is perfectly located, close enough to Chania and nearby beaches, but tucked away in a peaceful spot with total privacy. We loved exploring the area: day trips to Falassarna Beach and old Chania town were easy drives, and the small local tavernas nearby were authentic and welcoming. We left relaxed, recharged, and already planning our return next year!
