The pictures are representative of how nice it is. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The pool is in great condition and very clean. My kids absolutely loved playing in it. There is a very shallow portion for the little ones (or just lounging). It is also great to sit on the patio and soak in a sunset with a bottle of wine. One of the best things about the Villa was the proximity to Kissamos. It made it easy to get food. I actually preferred Kissamos to Chania since I have kids and night life is not really my thing. This house is within driving distance of a lot of great beaches.
Myself, husband and 5 other members of my family have just returned from an 11 night stay in this villa. From the moment you arrive through the electric gated entrance you catch the most amazing views beyond the sparkling infinity pool, down over the village to the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. It is captivating. The owner Angela was so delightful to deal with, providing us with everything we could possibly need to be comfortable in this beautiful spacious home. The villa is spotlessly clean with very comfortable top quality beds/pillows and linen and a fully equipped kitchen not to mention 2 outdoor barbeques. The garden and outdoor kitchen/pool area is stunning, it's a 10 minute walk into the main village where there are many restaurants but we couldn't drag ourselves away from the pool area and so this is where we spent most of our evenings, barbequing and watching the sun go down over the beautiful scenery. Simply stunning. Angela, you have put so much thought into your beautiful home, we had a wonderful relaxing holiday made very memorable by the fabulous surroundings and we can not wait to go back. The view is amazing and the location is perfect. It is a huge house so everyone was able to have their own sections. We went to all the places we intended. Mihalis was the perfect host, very accommodating! We look forward to returning.

We wanted a relaxed week with friends and the Villa was the perfect place for us. Spacious and luxurious, with serene sea views from both villa and pool. Really comfy beds... the "doubles" in room details are actually more like UK super king, bonus! The host was always available if needed. It's about a 15-minute walk down to the seaside bars and restaurants. We'd love to return here...
Our small group wanted a chilled holiday at a villa with pool, and the villa was perfect for us. We were met by the host and shown around. It's a gorgeous, spacious villa with an amazing pool area... we only ate indoors on one windy day, we barely left the covered poolside dining and bbq area! The locals thought we were mad for swimming in mid-May as they think it's cold but it was just lovely. Poolside breakfast, sun, swim, relax, cocktails, bbq, cocktails. Repeat. We threatened to keep the keys and never leave, how I wish we could! One week wasn't long enough, as we didn't do any sightseeing in the area, we may return for 2 weeks next Spring!

Although we didn’t have the opportunity to meet the host in person, he was incredibly attentive and responsive via Whats App. Anytime we had a question or encountered a minor issue, he was quick to respond and assist us, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool and garden area were particularly relaxing, offering the perfect spot to unwind. We found ourselves often choosing to stay in, enjoying the villa’s ambiance with a few drinks in the evening instead of heading out.
