Celebrating our birthdays in Greece exceeded all our expectations.
The villa had everything we needed: individual rooms and bathrooms for everyone, stunning views, luxurious pools, and great hangout spaces. Our host, Michalis, was fantastic—always communicative and helpful, even assisting with pool umbrellas and local recommendations.
The decor was picture perfect and five-star, making it easy to relax and unwind. Manager also arranged catered dinners and breakfasts, taking the stress out of our stay. Michalis handled refreshment shopping for us, and we added airport transport and a rental car, which were essential for exploring.
Kissamos is a charming town near beautiful beaches, Chania, and great restaurants. The car made it easy to access grocery stores, coffee shops, and local eateries.
I highly recommend this experience! Every moment was wonderful, thanks to Michalis and his team for the perfect vacation!
This Villa definitely has the WOW factor! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge PLUS a selection of communal space for us to eat and hang out together as a family. The 2 master bedrooms as separate spaces worked really well for us! The Villa is finished to a high standard, the attractive furnishing adding to the comfort and enjoyment of all. The indoor pool with waterfalls hit the mark with the younger members of our family, while the loungers in the outside pool provided others with a means of joining in, without the need to be submerged. We found the location was close enough for us to walk into the town center but far enough away that it was quiet and the views from all decks are outstanding! The Villa is even BETTER than the pictures suggest! From every angle, this Villa is Instagram worthy but, more importantly, it worked seamlessly well as a family holiday venue - never under estimate the value of not 1 but 4 pools when it comes to entertaining a family of 11. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Mike - he organized groceries to be delivered pre-arrival, so we were set for that first night - he recommended local tavernas and sites to see - he also, handily, worked at a local market that became our go-to place to pick up essentials. He even made a trip on our final night to come and say goodbye!
We were a group of 13 people and everything was perfect. Michalis is one of the best hosts that we've ever encountered. We'll definitely come back to this villa.

We stayed at this villa, which was absolutely amazing. The home exceeded all of our expectations. The online photos don't do it justice, it is more beautiful in person. When we arrived we met with the owner's son Mike, at the property. Mike provided us with a tour of the property and instructions on how everything works. Mike was very nice and made himself available providing us with his cell ph# in case we needed to contact him for any reason. Mike would answer our calls or texts immediately when we needed him, and was helpful with restaurant.recommendations and was able to provide us contact information for a local chef to cook a private dinner at the Villa. The property was perfect for my family and I. Everything from the amount of space, pool and views were amazing! It was close to the town of Kissamos which made it very convenient for purchasing groceries, restaurants, cafes, and beaches. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this property to everyone.
