We spent one week in this beautiful place. The Villa has everything you could wish for. Seclusion, a dreamy view, contemporary architecture and most importantly charming owners. The day we arrived was our wedding anniversary and as we had told them in advance, they left a homemade cake a bottle of wine and some of the local drink "raki" with cretan sesame bars.They booked the taxi for us and when we arrived at the restaurant there was an other surprise waiting for us...A glass of bubbly and the excellent bottle of wine Manousakis we had chosen all had been paid by Anastasia & John! The Villa offers everything even it's own vegetable garden and we were allowed to pick our fruit & veg from there. I travel a lot and I am a very critical person. This is one of the few places I would rate as excellent. We are definitely going back next summer.
Just everything! The villa is amazing, looks just like in pictures. The house is bright, equipped with the highest standard there is. The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses are in amazing rooms, the yard is well maintained, the view is amazing from every window in the house, a minute's drive from the villa is a beautiful beach with amazing restaurants and apartment owners who were extraordinarily courteous. Pure pleasure.
We stayed at the villa a few weeks ago as a family to celebrate my parents 70th birthdays, so we were looking for something special but which also accommodated all of our various family needs. This villa did exactly this. It had s super luxurious feel to it yet was family friendly. The hosts who met us where very warm and welcoming and were on hand to answer any questions. The villa is exceptional and is equipped well with everything you could possibly want. The outside area - Pool, sunken seating area, BBQ and terraced dining area is fantastic with superb views across the bay. We had a car and drove down the Marathi beach every morning, which is a lovely beach with a handful of wonderful tavernas. High recommend. A wonderful villa, a large and fun pool, a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest innovations, we just had a dream vacation. The landlords waited for us in the night until we arrived and were kind and charming. The view is simply charming and the house is simply pleasant and fun! warmly recommended!!!
The Villa is completely new, very comfortable and exactly like the pictures with fantastic panoramic views. The equipment is complete and offers more than all the necessary facilities that can be expected. It offers total privacy because of its situation and is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, a grocery shop and a bakery. The hosts were very kind and did all that is necessary to welcome us in the best conditions. We are used to rent villas regularly for our holidays, but the Villa is exceptional and definitely the best one we have ever stayed in.
The whole place was in a truly magnificent setting with stunning sea views to greet you first thing in the morning. We cannot find fault with anything, as everything you needed was immediately to hand, both inside and outside the Villa, including a fantastic bbq area where there is plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy a glass of bubbly. The small village down the hill is easy to reach by car and if you fancy a stroll it takes about 25 mins. There you will find a fabulous restaurant overlooking the beach, serving up delicious food. Chania is about a 25 minute car journey, but definitely worth a visit, especially when you find the harbour, with all the shops, restaurants and bars. Whenever we went out, it was always a pleasure to get back to the villa, as it had such a welcoming feel and the pool was a real treat to take a cool dip. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to stay and can easily give it 10 out of 10 for all its amenities and comfort. Pure luxury.
This villa is truly amazing. The architecture is stunning, modern and flooded with light. The decor is stylish and the finish is high-spec, well equipped to a standard better than most hotels I have stayed in.
The outdoor areas are wonderfully relaxing, the pool is fantastic, and the panoramic views from the property are breathtaking. There are no other properties nearby so it’s a peaceful and private spot. Absolutely loved it, and was sad to leave.

We had an incredible time in this Villa. The owners Anastacia and Yianni were the PERFECT HOSTS! First the home is ALL THAT IT LOOKS TO BE AND MORE!. The photos are a perfect representation of the home. The home is meticulously cared for and the kitchen is well stocked and all the bedrooms have robes and slippers and you really feel that you have come to a spa retreat exotic location. The hosts however were the highlight for us, they arrived with treats for us and even returned with more treats. They were SINCERELY INTERESTED in making our vacation a memorable one. They offered suggestions for dining out, shopping, beaches and places to go. They were truly the PERFECT HOSTS!
