Unique Villas were very quick to respond prior to our stay and answered any questions we had.
The villa was perfect and plenty of space for 11. The kitchens were well equipped between them and had a variety of dining areas.
Mr Nikos was the most amazing host and nothing was too much trouble for him. He really made the stay even more enjoyable.
There is a beach a short walk away with some nice restaurants. Chania is easy to reach via car or taxi
This villa is in a brilliant location and just has the wow factor! It worked well with 2 families and grandparents and there was more than enough space. The outside living areas and pool are lovely and you can see the sea from the roof terrace! The owner met us and was lovely and at the end of the phone for any questions, not that we had any! Overall a great villa in a great location! We love Kalamaki and now we need a Villa for 10 this will be the one we use over and over again! The agency were excellent with contact especially as we had to move the booking due to covid. Always prompt with their responses and really accommodating!
We spent a wonderful week here with our kids. The house is very suitable for up to 10 people. There are many lovely spots and a great pool. It's very cozy and comfortable. The owner was quick and friendly in taking care of everything. It's very quiet, and restaurants, shops, and the beach are all within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this house.

The villa is modern and clean, with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. It is very comfortable, a 2-3 minute walk from the local beach/ restaurants/ supermarket, 15minutes by car to the old town of Chania with several restaurants to choose from, and ~30 minutes from Chania Airport. A car is very useful to explore the local area, beaches, but the local bus is great to use to visit the old town of Chania. Nikos is a lovely host, with great communication, and kindly provided traditional Cretan pie for us to try, delicious.
The house was excellent, with plenty of space for our group of 10 people. Great areas for everyone. Two terraces with room for many. Pleasant and convenient with a private pool. There were two supermarkets nearby that had almost everything. Good distance to the beach and other shopping. Easy to take the bus since there are two stops very close by.
We really enjoyed the villa, perfect for us as a big family. The outdoor areas were really nice, the pool perfect for the kids. It was situated in a calm neighourhood but close to the beach and to supermarkets and good restaurants. Mr Niko was the best host, he solved any problem we had and even let us stay longer the check out day, since we had a late flight. That meant a lot to us because our son was sick that day.

The stay fully met our expectations. We were nine people of different ages and had plenty of space in the house. The host was service-minded. It was within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was also a short walk to the bus.
Booked this villa for a short break away with a group of friends and had a lovely stay overall. The villa was exactly as described - clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance, and getting to Chania Harbour was simple. A big credit to Nikos, the host—he was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor issues with cold showers in the mornings and the pool not being as clean as we’d hoped, but these didn’t take away too much from the experience. We’d definitely consider coming back!
The villa suited our needs well. There were 8 adults, 2 children, and 2 toddlers in the villa. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean when we arrived. There were enough towels, blankets, and pillows for everyone's needs. The swimming pool water was wonderfully refreshing, and the children had a great time. When traveling with a toddler, the stairs were a bit of a concern, as they don't yet understand how to use them properly. Overall, a very comfortable villa. Nikos (the owner) took care of everything necessary and had even stocked the fridge with some local foods for our arrival.
Me and my friends have had an amazing vacation. I couldnt have asked for more! The house was located close to markets, restaurants, bars, bus stops and the beautiful beaches. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Kreta och Nikos var en fantastisk värd, väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. I bokningen kommunicerade vi med bolaget som hjälper till att hyra ut, och vi pratade inte med ägaren Nikos förrän samma dag som vi kom till Kreta. Det var lite sent med incheckningen men Nikos löste det jättebra och var oerhört hjälpsam under hela veckan. Huset är fantastiskt och matchar helt och hållet beskrivningen på AirBnB, rent och snyggt. Sängarna är aningen hårda. Huset ligger i en backe på en väg som går rakt ner till havet. Många parkeringsplatser på gatan, lugnt område, väldigt trevlig grannar. Vi var i slutet av säsongen så många restauranger var stängda, men fanns några i närområdet som fortfarande var öppna. Stort tack Nikos och Unique Villas för en fantastiskt vecka, jag rekommenderar er starkt!
A really good quality, well maintained, beautiful place. We felt lucky to stay in such an ideal venue. The villa is as lovely as shown in the pictures. Nikos is a welcoming and helpful host - meeting us at a unsociable time after a flight delay, popping in to provide a few bits we’d mentioned the next day, always contactable, and wonderfully flexible about our departure, which made the logistics really easy. There are buses every few minutes into Chania so no need to rent a car, though several rentals a few minutes walk away for day trips. Decent local shops and restaurants - we liked Nikos’ recommendations. We would definitely come back. Just sad to have to leave.
We (2 couples and a 2y old kid) stayed at this villa for a week, beginning of September. The house is exactly as described (modern and new) and for us was the perfect place to stay during our first visit to Crete. Our host Nikos was great. He welcomed us with the customary glass of Raki and also provided us with some amazing local dishes prepared by his mum, giving its full meaning to the expression "Cretan hospitality". We would definitely stay there again when we decide to come back to Crete and will recommend it to our friends and family! ευχαριστώ Nikos.
Our holiday in this villa chania was wonderful. We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and the house was perfect. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so it is comfortable in terms of space. It is well furnished and clean, very close to the sea and all commodities. Nikos, the owner, was the perfect host :)

Excellent communication throughout the entire trip, the Vila was clean and everything was working and we had no issues at all. The Vila itself is in a perfect location, just a few minute walk to the beachfront! It’s far enough away from anywhere too loud or crowded but close enough to walk to the shops and beach or drive/get a taxi around other parts of the island. The beds were very comfortable and every room has air conditioning which is really important when you’re not used to the heat, highly recommend!!
My friends and I had a memorable stay at Villa Lunea - Nikos was lovely and came to our aid when we had queries and questions. All in all we had a lovely week holiday!
The villa was great for our group (6 adults 2 small kids) - lots of space for everyone, well kitted out and modern. We loved the location, which was a quick hop on the bus to Chania and near to a very private and quiet beach. Nikos was a great host and kept in touch to check we had everything we needed.
We had a wonderful vacation in this villa. The shops were very close as you promised. There could be a list of near restaurants, shops, bakery, taxi, bustickets, etc. Of course everyone has internet, and it’s easy to search these things.
We had the best time , the villa was huge with everything we needed and more ! Nikos was so lovely and very helpful . We were 3 families and we had the best time
