This house is wonderful. The most beautiful in this area. She is brand new, fully equipped and with an incredible view. The owner, Sifis, made feel us is like if we were in our house. So many nice attentions ( a cake for our arrival, a delicious moussaka during our stay...) and the communication was very easy and all the information very clear. The position is also perfect ( many beautiful beaches , nice restaurants and supermarkets very close). One of our best stay. Thanks Sifis.

It was truly an unforgettable experience

Sifis’ property truly embodies the spirit of a host, where a beautiful home is paired with an extraordinary host. There are so many wonderful things to say about both. Sifis is the kindest, most thoughtful host we’ve ever encountered. He was available 24/7, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His cooking is phenomenal – from the delicious welcome dinner to the unforgettable BBQ mid-stay, his food easily surpassed anything we tried at the finest restaurants in Crete. The unexpected farewell gifts made our children so happy and were such a lovely touch. The house itself is pure magic, with breathtaking movie-like views, a heated pool, and a lush garden that felt like paradise. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Sifis, for making our stay so special!

The villa is all that we had hope for and so much more

The homeowner, Sifis, is truly the nicest and most accommodating host! We arrived to the beautiful villa to a home cooked arrival meal of Greek Salad, Moussaka and Tzatziki! So delicious! The views from the Villa are absolutely gorgeous! Sifis treated us to a traditional Cretan BBQ which tasted great and had us feeling like royalty! We will certainly choose this villa again for our next trip to Crete! Everything was perfect!. Hats off to Sifis and his family for designing and offering such an amazing properties! Photos to home were met with amazement! Ya mas!

The villa is very private, well equipped and in beautiful location with stunning views. Sifis & Maria were the best hosts we have ever met, they so kind, generous and friendly. They left us to enjoy the privacy of the villa but were available to help at any time (including local recommendations). Their hospitality was exceptional and deeply appreciated. We have just had a wonderful week long stay at the villa. It is an absolutely wonderful place and the owner Sifis went above and beyond to ensure our stay was superb. We are a family of five (kids are 15, 13 and 9) and we all agreed it was the best place we had ever stayed on holiday.
The villa is very well designed and perfectly clean - straight away we could relax - "a home from home" with everything we needed and more - and it was such a treat to experience the privacy, the view (sun rise was especially stunning), the lovely pool and the comfort of the beds and sofas next to the pool.
Sifis welcomed us with moussaka, Greek salad and tzatziki on our first night (and had stocked the fridge with basic essentials like bread milk and eggs) and came over part way through the week to cook us a fabulous bbq - all of this was included in our villa hire payment. He also sent us lots of practical tips which was a great help.
We hope to come back one day!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and have never encountered a more generous host that Sifis. The generosity shown by Sifis and Maria was out of this world; the house was spotless, a huge and delicious dinner was waiting for us when we arrived and Sifis cooked us wonderful dinners both Saturday's we were there. He was so kind and interesting. The villa itself is large, quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need including good beds, pillows and towels. My favourite thing however was the view. I sat and looked at it for hours, it really is spectacular. We also loved being surrounded by nature - flowers, trees, many butterflies, lizards, hedgehogs and more. It truly is paradise.

We had high expectations of our stay at the Villa as the photos look amazing, but these were exceeded. The villa itself had everything we could need for our family of 5, with so many thoughtful touches. Our host and the owner Sifis, had a mission to show off Crete hospitality at its best. At our late arrival there was home cooked Crete food waiting for us. The fruit bowl was brimming, oranges and olive oil from the family groves was in place. Best of all, Sifis cooked us a fantastic BBQ one evening. The view from the Villa are amazing, and we enjoyed the local beaches and a snorkelling trip

A unique place

We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The position is unique and you really get to enjoy the peace and the contact with the environment. The house is clean and hyper-equipped with all that is needed. But most of all, the owners are really standing out of the average, always going the extra mile and making you feel a welcome friend all the time! Thanks for the awesome stay.

Exceptional stay

If you prefer privacy, this is the place to be. We enjoyed our stay! The owner did more than he actually had to! I really recommend! If I were to visit Crete again, I would book this complex again. Thank you all for the great communication and the nice stay on site.

Amazing stay !

We had a wonderful stay at this breathtaking view, brand new and well designed villa. Everything is well thought and comfy ! Our host was so friendly and welcoming, a real plus to our stay. He made us discover local fresh food made by his wife and himself that was just such a nice gesture we were delighted with those typical meals ! Highly recommended you can go for it you won’t be disappointed !!!

A home that we would definitely like to go back to!

Got coordinates to find the accommodation, which made it perfectly possible to drive right (Google Maps or Apple Maps is a must), and was met by the owner who showed us around the house. Very nice, and did his utmost to be informative without being annoying. I've never felt so welcome before!
The owner's wife had also made Moussaka and salad, so we could get food despite arriving late, and it was extremely appreciated!
The children loved the heated (for a fee) pool, and especially the playground located below the house. A home that we would definitely like to go back to!

Amazing Villa!

Easily the best property and experience we’ve had to date. The attention and care given before and during the stay was beyond what we expected. Sifis, the owner of the property, greeted us on arrival (despite us arrive in the late evening) and had a beautiful home cooked meal and food supplies ready for us. He was attentive and always on hand to respond to any queries and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We stayed with our 2 children (2.5 years and 8 months) and we the property had everything we needed. The photos also do not show the true beauty of the home! We will definitely be coming back and look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Sifis!

All I can say is WOW!

We just spent a week in Sifis’ beautiful home with 4 kids and 4 adults and had the best time. We were treated with a home cooked meal which was amazing after a long travel day. The house and surrounding area were even more beautiful in person. It was the most well stocked kitchen in an airbnb I’ve ever been too. You can tell the love Sifis has for Crete and his property. He gave the best recommendations and was always available when we needed. He was especially kind to our children. The BBQ he cooked for us was just icing on the cake. 5+ stars all around and highly recommend Sifis’ place and the island of Crete (especially with young children!)

Fabulous stay & amazing hosts!

Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) had a wonderful time at this villa! The hosts went above and beyond, generously providing us with homemade Cretan dishes and food upon arrival. We felt really taken care of! They provided information on activities in the area and were quick to reply to any questions we had throughout the week. The house is as nice as shown in the photos -very well cared for and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are large indoor and outdoor sitting areas, a great pool, and a stunning view from almost every room in the house. The 3 bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The grounds are well-kept with various fruit trees and beautiful olive orchards surrounding the house. Waking up to the spectacular view is something we won't soon forget! The house is private, relaxing and yet close to many sites. The location was perfect for visiting Elafonissi Beach, Balos Beach, Falasarna Beach & Ruins, and various canyon hikes. Kissamos is only a 15 minute drive away on a good road and there are several restaurants within a few minutes drive. A great home away from home! We would certainly return!

Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at the villa - such a peaceful spot up on the hill with no close neighbours. The villa itself was luxurious and very well equipped, and outside we enjoyed the pool and gardens which are perfect for children. The location is excellent too, being just a short drive to some wonderful beaches. The host was communicative and friendly, and the veggie moussaka was supreme! Overall we had a really fantastic stay and are already plotting how we might return next year.

Overall a wonderful stay

Beautiful, comfortable home and extremely thoughtful and kind hosts. The fully stocked fridge and welcome dinner were incredibly appreciated. We paid for the pool to be heated, but it still was never warm enough to use with the cooler April weather, so would just think carefully about that if visiting in the shoulder months. Overall a wonderful stay.

We recommend the Villa with our highest endorsement. Sifis is a compassionate host with resourceful info & recs, def reach out to him if you have any Qs; he’s very responsive. Thoughtful/Delicious homemade meal ready on arrival. Kitchen stocked with basic food including many oranges for fresh squeezed OJ everyday & the best olive oil on Earth. Private/Tranquil location with amazing views yet close to beaches, market & bakery. Short walk to point for breathtaking sunset. Visited during low season so pool not used & did not think in advance to pay extra to heat hot tub but indoor fireplace used daily. Inexperienced drivers may have difficulty navigating to home. Rec 4x4 rental car with navigation system but did ok in Fiat Panda with propped up phone on dashboard. Sifis & family are amazing hosts, high quality humans & new friends. Hope to return someday for at least 2 weeks to see more of Crete. Would def stay here again if available. Thank you!

Amazing!

This was the BEST villa we have ever stayed in. Our villa was completely well stocked with so many extras, including an abundance of fruit to get us started, as well as other groceries. There was a wonderful assortment of shampoo and soaps as well. Upon our arrival, our host and his wife prepared an amazing home-cooked meal - such a treat after a day of travel. There are also so many other surprises that are noteworthy about this villa. We arrived at a house at night to see it decorated for Christmas, complete with a 10 ft. Christmas tree. So homey and so beautiful. And, there was also an assortment of homemade Christmas cookies on the table for our children. As far as the location - it is both quiet, secluded, and beautiful. Lots of hikes all around. Olive orchards surround the property. The night before we left, our host gave us parting gifts for each of us and cooked us an amazing barbeque dinner. I truly think there will be no other experience that can top this one. Other hosts should take note: Sifis gets 10 stars out of 5 for going above and beyond for us as his guests. I was truly blown away, as was the rest of our family. Don't bother staying anywhere else. Stay at this Villa. Truly, the most magical Christmas together in Greece we could ask for thanks to Sifis and his hospitality.

Book this house now before someone else does

The house is perfect. It is clean, comfortable and the view is breathtaking. There are several 5* restaurants within a 5-10 min drive along with gorgeous beaches nearby too. The house is up a hill, surrounded by olive groves and is very quiet and peaceful. But what make this house really special is Sifis. He and his family make this house a home. The kindness and hospitality he showed us was second to none. Not only did his wife have a delicious meal cooked and ready for us on arrival, but Sifis also came back to cook us a huge BBQ and even brought us and the children gifts at the end of our stay. We travelled with 2 small children (7 months and 3 years) and the house had everything you could have ever needed when travelling with little ones. We had an amazing week there and are already planning our return trip. Do not hesitate. Book this house now before someone else does. You won't regret it!

Sifis der Eigentümer der Villa ist ein sympathischer, hilfsbereiter und sehr netter Mensch. War stets erreichbar wenn was war, gab super Tipps und das Highlight war der griechische Grill welcher Sifis für uns zubereitet hat. Kann die Villa nur empfehlen. War ein makelloser Aufenthalt.

Amazing experience

The experience was amazing ! The house is beautiful and Sifis and Maria are excellent hosts. Always available and helpful. Maria's cuisine is delicious (Mousaka, and other local dishes...) Amazing beaches in the area: Balos, Elafonisi and Falasarna !

Perfect Villa

We had a wonderful time at the villa! Everything was amazing. The view,the pool, the garden, the beaches.We were overwhelmed by the hospitalty of Sifis and Maria. They welcomed us with delicious Greek food and Sifis came by for a cretian barbecue. We hope to come back one day.

The Villa was perfect!

We spent 5 nights here and we are so glad we did. The villa owner meet us for check-in and walked us through the whole property. His wife had prepared us a traditional Greek meal for our arrival (also amazing). He was an incredible host, full of hospitality, and always available if needed. Spectacular holiday

Sifi and family went the extra mile to make our holiday unique and personalised. The suggestions of the best local beaches and tavernas put the finishing touches on a perfect family getaway. The place is just awesome. Everything is very clean and just extraordinary. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. When we arrived the host already prepared dinner for us and his wife even baked a cake for us. He explained the entire mansion in much detail so nothing remained unclear. The view of the villa is indescribable, the images don‘t even do it justice. The villa is at a little remote spot, so it is very quiet and no traffic to disturb your vacation. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation.

Kkitchen is full equipped and the view on the mountains and sea from the pool is breathtaking (tip, wake up early for a great sunrise!). We had such a lovely stay and wish it was longer. The hosts are so lovely and great! They had dinner ready for us with local dishes the first night and offered to cook us a BBQ dinner another night. They gave us such great recommendations and tips, it enabled us to visit the surroundings with peace of mind. This is seriously the best booking I've ever made and highly recommend it.
