On the ground floor, you will find one spacious bedroom double bed. Also there are a living room with a fireplace, large comfortable modern sofa and a 42" TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is on the same floor and a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor, you will find 3 more bedrooms, one with double bed and two with 2 single beds. One bathroom can also be found on this floor, with a bathtub. Also on the 1st floor are two balconies with magnificent views, you can relax & enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Outdoor: Externally the villa has a beautiful outdoor space with barbeque and garden with lemon and orange trees, and a botanical garden. Kirke Villa Chania is situated in a very quiet, peaceful location, therefore ideal for families who wish to relax in comfort away from it all. The village affords every possible convenience. There are numerous high quality taverna’s, supermarket, bank, petrol station and more.
Neo Chorio is located in a basin with lush vegetation, olive and orange trees 25km from Chania in the southeast part and it belongs to the municipality of Apokoronas. Madamas River crosses the village. At Neo Chorio, visitors have the opportunity to admire the ruins of Kules, a fortress that was built during the Ottoman period, over older ruins dated from the Venetian era. From this fortress, the entire area around was controlled and protected. Make a stop at the inviting central square of Neo Chorio with the old platanus offering its thick shade and an old well and taste some of the greatest Cretan recipes in the taverns there.

Μια πολύ ζεστή Villa, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ του σπιτιού. Απο την πρώτη στιγμή αισθανθήκαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, και καθώς έχει ανακαίνησθει πρόσφατα η Villa ήταν πεντακαθαρη. Παρόλο που είμασταν 8 άτομα, είναι αρκετά μεγάλη και το κάθε ζευγάρι είχε τον χώρο του. Στα γειτονικά χωριά θα βρει κανείς απο καφετέριες, Σούπερ μάρκετ και ταβέρνες, ενώ η παραλία απέχει 10 λεπτά.
