Entering Karga Villa Chania you will experience the breath-taking view overlooking the pool area, the village, the White Mountains, and the blue sea. Sliding doors lead you out to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evenings. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. All the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and a furnished veranda or terrace. Spacious wardrobes, safe box, dressing table, and Satellite TV in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor, it is a large living area with a fireplace and an open and spacious kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a large dining table with ample room for eight persons. The home and amenities were exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We had a wonderful time outside enjoying the pool & the majestic views, watching the sunset from the balconies, getting a work out in downstairs and enjoying the steam room! The home is so spacious and met the needs of all eight of us during our week long stay. When at the home, it feels private, yet all the shops, restaurants and the beach are just a short 7-10 minute walk away. After a long travel day, we were met with two chilled bottles of wine and a large platter of fruits and vegetables at check-in! We made day trips to Chania, hiked the Samaria Gorge and took a catamaran tour to Balos Lagoon. We enjoyed several dinners in the village, especially at Psaros, where the food and hospitality are unmatched! Thank you Maia and Roula for your hospitality and such a memorable vacation with family!
We had an amazing stay. The villa is gorgeous, contemporary and has everything you need for a luxurious stay. It’s only a 8 minute walk to the nearby restaurants of Almyrida where you can watch the beautiful sunset over a lovely meal. I would definitely recommend staying here!
We (7 adults) rented this lovely villa for a week in September, and can recommend it warmly. The villa was an aesthetic gem where everything was well thought out and functional. The location was perfect, with a short way down to the small charming town, Almyrida, with a lovely beach and nice tavernas. The service from the landlord was great, easy to get hold of by email. Good starting point for hiking trips in the area (if it's not too hot ) We would love to come again. Greet seven satisfied guests.
We were a group of 8 people who enjoyed a week at this villa, we had an absolutely fantastic week. Short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The landlord and the host are very professional and extremely pleasant. Special thanks to Roula who was absolutely outstanding and followed up on everything we wondered about. We will be back next year.
The villa was stunning, as good as it looked on the pictures. Beautifully kept and maintained and loved the fruit platter and gifts when we arrived. Facilities added an extra luxury feel with steam room and gym. Very conveniently located to access a good range of cafes and restaurants within walking distance - we really enjoyed every meal that we had. Would highly recommend the villa - it made for a wonderful week and very sad to come home!
