Totally isolated but also close to everything, the three-story 450 sq. m villa is furnished stylishly inside and out with great attention to every detail. Golden Hill Villa Chania can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.
Entering Golden Hill Villa Chania on the ground floor there is a wide-open plan area that contains the living room with a fireplace, a 47” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and devices. There is also another sitting area with a lovely view spreading in front of it. The living room area opens to a veranda with a sitting area that leads you to the pool and the garden area. Further, an organized office room and a toilet are also found on the same floor.
Reaching the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also the main bathroom with a Jacuzzi on the same floor. Amazing sea views can be given from all the bedrooms on the first floor.
A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor, there is a gym, an open plan area consisting of the playroom area, and the secondary kitchen. Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, abs equipment, a fitness multifunctional apparatus, and exercise balls. The comfortable and cozy playroom area includes a big sofa, 50” HDTV, Playstation4 with games, board games, toys for young children, and a billiard. There is also a ping pong table on the veranda out of the playroom. Additionally, there are two bedrooms on the same floor, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds which also can be united to form a double bed. A bathroom with a shower is also found on this floor.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by more than 150 different kinds of flowers and trees and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
Malaxa village lies at the foot of the White Mountains in the Apokoronas area, 15km southeast of the city of Chania. The road to Malaxa on the slopes is very beautiful and the view of Souda Bay is majestic. In Malaxa every year a car rally completion takes place that is quite popular. The village is dotted with beautiful mansions, some of which have recently been restored to their original style. The village originally consisted of upper and lower Malaxa, yet the latter is now uninhabited and there are only ruins. The beautiful gorge of Diktamos is a nice nature trail nearby worth visiting.

It's the most incredible villa. The house is even nicer than it appeared in the images. There was a sizable fruit basket and the necessities in the fridge when we arrived. You need a car and the driveway up to the property is rather steep, but the view is really stunning!
We had a very nice stay and the view from the villa was stunning . The Host is a super nice person and helped us with everything we need.
